A Really Big Surprise

Sailor Moon stared in shock at what just happened. The key
to the entire world had been taken from her. Not even Tuxedo Angel
had been able to do anything about it. Still, she had the Silver
Empyrean Crystal. And that was the only thing that could destroy the
Love Star. She also knew that her life was in even more danger now.
"Sailor Moon," James said, not questioning anything anymore.
"What do we do now?"
"I don't know," the blond replied. "I just do not know."

                                *       *       *

A lone figure stood at the foot of the mountain know as
Mount. Everest. The figure was a man, with long, brown hair. He had
blue eyes, a blue and white suit, and he was rather tall. He seemed
to be staring away from the mountain, as if searching for something.
"Don't worry," he said in a rough voice. "Help is on the
way."

                                *       *       *

Lord Perro stood, facing a small object that was inlaid with
gold. It was the Love Star. He tossed it lightly in the air, and
caught it each time. He smiled.
"People are ruled by emotions," he said to himself. "And I'm
gonna make sure that the only emotion they know is hatred." He
smiled. "All I need now is the most powerful weapon in the universe,
so I can destroy this thing once and for all!"
Lord Perro moved to the center of the room in which he stood.
The room was dark, save the few beams of light that seeped through
the cracks in the walls.
"I hope you're just not going to look at it," Katarina said
as she appeared in front of Lord Perro.
"Of course not. But we don't have the means to destroy it
yet. We need something that will break it."
"What do you have in mind?"
"What about that wand Sailor Moon had? That crystal on top
of it could--"
"Yes. I was thinking the same thing. Should I--"
"Yes. And hurry." Katarina disappeared. Lord Perro
laughed, and knew that his plan was falling into place perfectly.

                                *       *       *

Sailor Moon looked around, and Sailor Mercury analyzed
everything, but they found no way out of where they were. They were
in a place that had only ledges as floors. Below was a very watery
grave, and above was a ceiling of spikes. Even though the wall had
been demolished, it had regenerated, and the portal had closed.
"What are we gonna do?" James asked.
"Hang on a sec," Sailor Mercury said. Tuxedo Angel only
stood by, looking blankly at one of the walls. "Nothing," Sailor
Mercury said in disgust. She had been unsuccessful in locating a way
out.
"Wait a second," James whispered as he moved closer to the
walls. He knocked in several different places, many times risking
falling into the water below. He finally found what he was looking
for. A hollow place in the wall. He took the remote mine out of his
coat pocket, and attached it to the wall.
"Stand back," he said. He then detonated the mine with the
mine detonator that was on his watch. The wall blew up, and there
was another room on the other side! "Hurry!" They all leaped
through the gaping hole, and into the room that turned out to be much
safer. After the last one was through, the hole closed.
"Sailor Moon!" shouted a familiar voice. The voice belonged
to none other than Sailor Mars, who was not in Sailor uniform. "Get
us down!" James pulled out a penknife which he carried at all times,
and cut the ropes that bonded her.
"Where are the others?" Tuxedo Angel asked.
"I don't know. Katarina took them." Raye transformed into
Sailor Mars, and James sighed. "Anyways, I think they need more than
just the Love Star."
"I know," Sailor Moon replied. "The Silver Crystal."

                                *       *       *

Lord Perro was shocked when a figure appeared behind him. He
heard the noise, like a poof, and nearly dropped the Love Star.
"What do you want?" he asked, assuming it was Katarina.
"Not much," said a rough voice not at all like Katarina's.
Lord Perro turned around, and made eye contact with the stranger.
The stranger was definitely male, and was tall, with blue eyes, and
brown hair reaching down to the small of his back. Lord Perro
noticed that it was some-what curly.
"How did you find me, and what kind of sissy-boy are you?"
"First, that's my little secret, and second, I'm not." The
two men stared coldly at each other.
"What is your name?" Lord Perro asked, breaking the long and
awkward silence.
"I'd tell you," replied the stranger, "but then I'd have to
kill you. And I don't want to do that. At least not yet." Lord
Perro raised his eyebrows.
"You are arrogant. I like that in a man. How would you like
to serve me for when I take over the world?"
        "A world full of --"
        "Hatred. Demise. Death and destruction!"
        "Thanks, but no thanks."
"Such a pity. Oh well, I guess you can just die then!" Lord
Perro sent a beam of flaming energy toward the stranger, who dodged
effortlessly.
"Sorry to run, but I'm late for an appointment." The
stranger disappeared. Lord Perro then remembered something: he had
seen that man before! But where?
"Oh yeah," Lord Perro muttered. "The Negaverse."
Lord Perro and Katarina had been in line to take Malachite's
place, but Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts had defeated Queen Beryl
and Empress Metallia. After that, Lord Perro (then Commander Perro)
and Commander Katarina fled to Earth, and led a normal life. They
were then sent to the future, by some unknown force, and they were
completely aware of everything that had happened. They then went
back to their evil ways, and tried to take over Crystal Tokyo, which
was minus a Darien and Reeny. Queen Serena and her Sailor Soldiers
used the power of the Silver Empyrean Crystal to send them into a
void, but something went wrong. They were sent back in time, to our
present.
"Nephlite, you old bastard." Lord Perro grinned. He just
wished he knew WHY Nephlite had turned good. The other question Lord
Perro had was "Isn't he dead?"

                                *       *       *

Sailor Mars and Sailor Mercury were distressed. They did not
know where Sailors Jupiter and Venus had been taken to, or why. All
they knew was that they were at a serious disadvantage. The Love
Star was in the possession of their enemies, and they did not know
how to fight them.
        "So," James said. "What now?"
"We take back what is ours," Sailor Mars said. "And we do it
fast."
        "Agreed," Sailor Mercury said.
"Only one small problem," Tuxedo Angel said. "That hole we
came through just sealed back up. There's no way out."
"Yes there is," said a familiar rough voice. A figure slowly
appeared before everyone else. It turned out to be Nephlite!
"Nephlite!" Tuxedo Angel shouted. "How did you get here?!"
"I knew you needed my help, so I asked and I received
permission to come down here." Nephlite then pushed against the
ceiling of the chamber, and it opened. "Ladies first," he said as
Sailors Mars, Mercury, and Moon climbed out of the rather small
chamber. "Darien, how's Molly?"
"She's gonna be fine." Nephlite smiled. Tuxedo Angel jumped
up, and Nephlite followed.
"So," Sailor Moon said. "Where to now?"
"I don't know where they are, but I know who you're dealing
with. We used to be on the same team. I feel I should warn you,
this is not going to be easy."
"Is it ever?" Sailor Mars asked rhetorically. They began
walking down the hallway, and noticed that it looked extremely like
where they first entered.
"Um," Tuxedo Angel said. "Anyone else getting a feeling of
Deja Vu?" A figure appeared behind them. No one noticed, except for
Sailor Mars, who immediately picked up on the bad vibes. She quickly
turned around, and saw Katarina.
        "You!"
"Yes, me." The rest of the heroes turned around. Sailor
Moon reacted on impulse (no, she did not cry).
"Moon Scepter Elimination!" The blast was easily dodged by
Katarina, who laughed in amusement.
"You are so pathetic. Why don't you just hand over your
little crystal, and save me about 30 seconds of my time?" Sailor
Mars was the one to answer that.
"Mars Celestial Fire Surround!!" Katarina was not successful
in dodging this attack. She was wounded, but not by a great deal.
Still, it slowed her down.
Tuxedo Angel threw a rose at Katarina, and slowed her down
even more. Nephlite then threw a blue ball of energy (he still had
his powers). It hit it's target, and made her fall.
Katarina looked up through the blood that was over her eyes.
She struggled to speak, as she was greatly weakened now.
"Traitor..." She tried to get back up, to fight, but to no avail.
Sailor Moon ended her misery with another attack from the Silver
Crystal. Katarina faded into nothingness.
"Well," Sailor Mars said. "What happens now?"

                                *       *       *

Sailors Jupiter and Venus were released from the force that
held them in place. They were in a small room that contained a
putrid odor. They had been placed there by Katarina to try to make
them follow her evil ways. Of course, they had refused.
        "Thank Goodness!" Sailor Venus shouted.
"Jupiter Thunder Crash Zap!" A large chunk of wall was
destroyed, and the two Sailor ran out of the room. Much to their
surprise, the rest of the team was on the other side.
        "Sailor Moon!" Jupiter shouted.
"Oh my Gosh!" There was a brief reunion.
"Oh yeah," Sailor Moon said. "We're not Sailor Scouts
anymore."
"What?!" Sailors Jupiter and Venus asked in shock.
"We're Sailor Soldiers." The others did not ask any more
questions. They were just glad to be together again. Then, Sailor
Jupiter noticed three people that she did not expect to see.
"Uhh, what's Darien, Nephlite, and the hunk doing here?"
"I'm hurt," Darien said with a slight smile. "Any way, we're
here to help. And the 'hunk' is James Bond."
        "Wow. He looks --"
"We know, we know," Sailors Mars, Venus, Mercury, Moon, and
Tuxedo Angel said in unison. Sailor Jupiter sighed.
"Did I miss something?" James asked.

                                *       *       *

Lord Perro looked at the Love Star. He held it tightly in
his hand as he closed his eyes tightly. The tie between Katarina and
he had been severed. Only one thing could have ever done that.
"Noooooo!!!" he shouted in a rage. He opened his eyes. They
were now red all over. "Revenge will be mine!"
