2 adults stood there...with a large white wolf...

"looks like it's going to rain.." whisper one of the adults...a woman.  she have dark blond hair, and blue eyes...she is Xlia (from my 1st fanfic)

"grrr.." the white wolf lowers his head....

"what's wrong, Fenrir?" said the other adult.  he have brown hair, and green eyes...he is Link.

"odd...he never acts like that." said Xlia..then she understands, "LINK..!!! Fenrir is staring at your pocket...where the Phoenix Diamond is..!!"

"so?"

"don't you get it...??" sighs Xlia, "i knew this will be bad...Fenrir never likes to act or play around. he's always serious..."

"so?"

"right now, Fenrir felt something..bad about that diamond..!! something that people can't feel..!!" said Xlia, "LINK, I SAID THIS BEFORE...LET'S DUMP THIS DIAMOND AND GO HOME."

"NO WAY..!!!" shouts Link, and backs off, "I CAN'T..!!! AND I WON'T..!!"

"BUT IT'S DANGEROUS..!!!! WHILE ON OUR WAY TO THE DIAMOND, PEOPLE TOLD US BAD STORIES ABOUT THIS DIAMOND...!!" said Xlia, then she shouts, "WHOEVER WANTS TO DUMP THIS DIAMOND AND GO HOME SAY...AYY!!!!"

"[BARK]" Fenrir barks

"Xlia..i'm not going home without this diamond." said Link, very serious...

he lowers his head...thinking of Linoa, "i've been searching for this diamond of 4 years...through rain...through snow....through the heat...but i finally got it.  and i never gave up..hoping for one day, that Linoa will come back to life, and together again."

he thinks of Linoa...

the song that she always sings in the Tower...waiting for him...

"..." Link looks up, "i've come through this far..and i won't give up. i'm going to bring Linoa back...and that's what i'll do."

"..." Xlia is sad, "but someone told us before that...that.." she lowers her head, very sad, "that if the person uses the Phoenix Diamond...it will bring back his loved one...but, that person must disappear..."

then she cries, "IS THIS REALLY WORTH IT...?? WILL YOU EVEN RISK YOUR OWN LIFE FOR...HER?"

Link touches her cheeks..gently...wiping off the tears, "you won't understand. you're not in love like i am...not that deep. my kind of love for Linoa is something that will truly LAST FOREVER."

"..." Xlia wipes her tears, "you...really want to do this..?"

"yes." said Link, "let's go."

Xlia nods...and tries to smile.

Fenrir whines..and follows Link...

At the Temple of Time..

the clouds are getting darker...about to rain...

the temple is very dark...

but a small light shines in the middle of the temple...

it's shining on Linoa...who is laying there...lifeless.

"..." Link hesitates, then decided to go in...

but stopped, "huh?"

Xlia is in his way, "please Link..don't do this. you can still change your mind..." then she cries, "please...i don't know what i should do without you..!! i lost my grandpa Johnix...and my home in the Sacred Realm. you're the only left..!! please..!!"

"xlia.."

"PLEASE..!!! JUST DO THIS FOR ME...OKAY????" cries Xlia, wanting to tell him something, "I WORRY ABOUT YOU BECAUSE I...I...!!!!"

"i..what?"

"I..i...can't leave you alone." sighs Xlia, couldn't tell him that she loves him a lot...

"so am i." smiles Link, and touches her shoulder, "we'll always be friends, won't we?"

"..." Xlia is surprise of what he just said...then she gives up, "yes..we're friends."

Link smiles, then he gets serious, "it's time.."

he walk inside the temple...toward Linoa...

Xlia and Fenrir watches him...

"[whines]" Fenrir softly whines..

not far away...a stranger, hiding in the shadows, watches Link too...

"..." Link went up to Linoa...

she's very beautiful...she have bright yellow hair...her eyes closed like as if she's sleeping.  her beauty haven't aged at all...it's still the same. the temple keeps her body well preserved as it was when Link left to find the Diamond..

"linoa.." Link sighs, very relieved, "i'm back. i remembered the promise we made 15 years ago..."

then he pull out the Diamond from his pocket...

the diamon is really pretty.

"..." Link hesitates...is losing his life for a girl really worth it..??

then he knows what to do.

Link raises his arms high up...with the diamond in his hands..!!!

"link..!!" whisper Xlia, wanting to stop him...but can't.

[thunder]

[wind blowing harder]

"PHOENIX DIAMOND..!!! I COMMAND YOU....BRING LINOA BACK TO LIFE..!!! BACK TO HER WORLD...WHERE SHE BELONGS..!!!!" shouts Link...

[shimmering]

the diamond begins to glow..!!

"LINK..!!!" cries Xlia

"[BARK]" Fenrir barks

"..!!" the stranger gasps..

Link ignores his friends...and concentrates on the diamond, "PHOENIX DIAMOND..!!! I COMMAND YOU..!!! REPLACE MY LIFE FOR LINOA'S..!!!!!"

the diamond glows brighter..!!!

"LINK..!!!!! NOOOO..!!!" cries Xlia, and runs toward him..!!

[BRIGHT LIGHT]

Xlia lays on the ground, then she sits up, "link..?"

Fenrir went to see him...

the temple looks brighter and lively.

the rain clouds are gone...

"..." Linoa opens her eyes....and then, she gets up, gently...

"linoa.." xlia whispers..

linoa looks around...then she gasps, "LINK..!!!"

link lays on the ground...dying.

she quickly run to his side, "LINK..!! WHY DID YOU DO IT..?? WHY DID YOU RISK YOUR LIFE FOR MINES..????"

"..." Link tries to smile, "linoa..you're really here. you're alive..!!"

"oh link...why did you do such a stupid thing???" said linoa, "out of thousands of your stupid crazy ideas, THIS ONE IS THE MOST CRAZIES OF THEM ALL..!!!"

"aaah..it's so good to have you back, linoa."

"LINK..!!! STOP JOKING AROUND..!!!!" cries linoa, "WHY CAN'T YOU GROW UP AND BE SERIOUS ABOUT THIS????"

"..." link wipes off his smile, "i am." then he touches her face, "it's been so long..but your blue eyes are still the same...sparkling."

"why...did you do it.." whisper linoa

link smiles, "it's because i...love...you."

then he's gone...

"..." linoa opens her eyes, tears falling from her eyes, "LINK..???!!!"

"[WHINING]" Fenrir licks his master's hand..but no response.

"LINK..???? NOOO..!!!!" cries linoa

"..." xlia is shocked...

the stranger is still hiding..

linoa hugs her love....then she knows what to do.

since the diamond only works once every million years...she grab link's mastersword...and stab it deep in her heart..!!!!

"PRINCESS ZELDA..!!!!!!" gasps xlia, and run to her..

xlia took the sword off linoa...

there's blood everywhere...

"princess.." whisper xlia, tries to save her.

but she's gone.

[THUNDER]

the dark clouds comes back..!!

the temple is dark again...

"[GASPS]" gasps xlia

"[EVIL LAUGHTER]"

xlia knows that voice..!!

she can feel that person is here..!!

"[GROWLING]" Fenrir growls so angry that all his fangs shows..!!

"WHO IS IT..?????" shouts xlia, and pull out her whip..!!

she looks around...

there's no one..

but there is..

"[EVIL LAUGHTER]"

"[gasps]" xlia can feel that person behind her...

she gasps..

[SCREAMING]

[raining]

".." xlia wakes up.

"grrr..." Fenrir struggles to get up...he's wounded.

"who was that..?" whisper xlia.

it's raining outside.

link and linoa is on the ground...dead.

"..." xlia stare at them, and lowers her head, "this can't be..FATE?"

[footstep]

they turn around...

the stranger from the shadows appears...

it's Sheik..???

"SHEIK..!!!!"

"good to see you again, xlia." said Sheik, and walk toward to xlia, "i was watching link...of what he did to save my daughter. that was something i never expect to happen from this young man..."

"who was that...? and what's going on with the weather..??"

[THUNDER]

"the dark clouds represent the evil..." said Sheik

"NO...YOU MEAN..???"

"yes...it's him. he's back." said Sheik, "Tartan is back."

"but how..? I THOUGHT LINK DESTROYED HIM???"

"so am i...but later, i had nightmares about Tartan.. and i knew he will come back one day." said Sheik, "As long as the holders of the Triforce lives, so will Tartan, who holds the True Force of Power.  but now that link and linoa is dead...tartan can now be killed and begone forever."

"that means...no matter how many times link and his ancestors tries to destroy Ganon (brother of Tartan, whom tartan swallowed), Ganon always comes back because link lives...and princess zelda."

"correct. the Triforce must stay together...in balance. if not, there will be chaos." said Sheik, "Link and linoa must be alive again...linoa holds the True Force of Wisdom...or life and peace of this world. if she's gone, all life will die...link holds the True Force of Courage...who protects linoa from all harm."

"but they're gone now.." whisper xlia

"..." Sheik hesitates, "i may be able to bring them back to life.."

"WHAT????"

"to give them another to live...a new life."

"LIKE A REINCARNATION????"

"exactly." said Sheik...then she begins to cast some spell...

a green bright light appears from link's body...

a purple bright light appears from linoa's body...

then it flies away..!!!

the thunder is gone..??

the dark clouds vanishes...

everything is normal again...

"as long as linoa's is still alive, the world lives." said Sheik, "and as long as link is still alive, linoa is protected and peace will last."

"where are they now?" said xlia

"they're off searching for people who needs or wants a child..to be reborn again, as babies..as kids." said Sheik, then she looks up, "they will live happily...just like link always wants...a normal childhood."

"what about the mastersword?"

"..." Sheik takes the sword, "i will keep it for now.."

xlia lowers her head, "link.."

Sheik closes her eyes, "good luck, link."

it's Tartan, "[sighs] i'm finally free..!!! huh?"

the sun is about to rise...

there's a small light coming from the houses...

"whatta..??" Tartan is angry, "PEOPLE ARE STILL ALIVE..???? HOW DID THAT..??"

"tartan." said a woman voice.

he turns around.

it's Queen Zelda, "you're back."

"zelda...??? BUT YOU'RE DEAD????" shouts Tartan

"i was gone for a while...but i've come back to take care of my kingdom." said Zelda

"grrr..!!! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE???? I SAW THAT GREEN KID AND THAT LINOA WAS....DEAD!!!!!" shouts Tartan, "I'M SUPPOSE TO BE KING OF HYRULE!!!"

"i'm not going to let you do that...like you did before, in the Time of Evil. not while i'm here." said Zelda, very serious, "now leave before i have to call the guards."

Tartan smiles, "fine. go ahead. rule the kingdom for all i care. but as long i got the True Force of Power in my hands...i will one day take your place, Queen Zelda...even if it takes force!!!"

then he walks away...

Zelda watches him go....very worried.

7 years have passed...

[chirping]

everybody in Kakariko Village is sleeping...

"...!!" a small boy (about 7yrs.) pop out his head from the window, and smiles..

he have brown hair, and green eyes...

he run to his room, grab a small sword, and exit his home....

"WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING?" shouts a voice, behind the boy...

the boy freaks out, and turn around...

a tall woman stood there...upset. she is the chicken lady from Zelda64..!!

"oops." whisper the boy, "mom.."

"every morning you're always gone to somewhere.." sighs his mom, "Link, where are you going?"

"uhmm.." whisper the boy, "to forest?"

"Link..."

"PLEASE LET ME GO!!! I REALLY WANT TO EXPLORE..!! THERE'S GOTTA BE SOME KOKIRI STILL ALIVE IN THE FOREST!!!"

"..." his mom shakes her head in shame, "it's that Triforce story again, isn't it?"

"dad told me the story last night..about this young hero who turned into a man and saved Hyrule from the evil man..!! this character became a hero because his father is a hero!! ISN'T IT COOL???? IT'S LIKE A FAMILY THING..HERO TO HERO TO HERO TO HERO TO HERO TO HERO TO HERO------AND..."

"oh no.."

"I...AM...A...HERO!!!!!!"

"you're a dork head.." whisper his mom, "fine. you can go. but come back soon, okay?"

"OKAY..!!!! C YA!!!!" smiles Link, and exit the village...

the sun begins to rise...

inside the Kokiri forest...

everything seem so...empty.  the kokiris are all killed by Tartan in the past...

Link walks around, "THERE'S GOTTA BE AT LEAST ONE KOKIRI HERE..!!!"

then he walks deeper into the forest...

"..??" Link hears that song...and follows it.

he feels that he heard of that song before...but just couldn't remember when.

link looks around...

he had never been here before...

it is the Sacred Meadow.

"..." link stare at the tree trunk...where Saria used to play her ocarina...

he could still hear soft music coming from her...

but she's gone.

"STAY AWAY..!!!!!" shouts a girl voice..

Link freaks out, "WHO IS IT???? WHO IS IT?????..WWWWOOOOAAHH..!!!!"

he trips..and fell on the ground, "ouch..."

"[giggles] what an idiot." giggles the girl..

"WHO ARE YOU?????? WHERE ARE YOU????"

"here, @$$hole." said the girl...a fairy.

"like 'duh'."

"WWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH...!!!!!!" Link freaks out, and pull out his small sword, "COME AND I'LL SLASH YOU..!!!!!"

"riiiiiight. ow...that's gonna hurt me." said the fairy, very sarcastic, "this is the Sacred Meadow...no Hyrulian is allowed here. including you, tiny." then she blinks, "hey...you look familiar."
"i do?"

"hmm...are you somewhat related to the Hero of Time...?" whisper the fairy, then she smiles, "NAH..!!!! anyways, don't you think you're a little too young to venture out alone?"

"i have to. i love adventures..!!! I'M HOPING THAT ONE DAY, I'LL BE GREAT HERO LIKE THAT HERO OF TIME..!!! I'LL KILL ALL BEASTS AND EVIL....I'LL SAVE HYRULE...I'LL..!!!!"

"you'll get killed." said the fairy, "[sighs] kids and their WILD imagination.."

"but the weird part is...i can actually feel that I AM A HERO..!!!" smiles the boy

"please. for my sake, don't say anything." said the fairy, "if you're searching for the kokiris, they're extinct. no one lives here but fairies, kid. i am Artemis, descendant of Navy and Nadia, fairies that helped the great Hero of Times."

"i'm Link."

"link? what kind of name is that?" said Artemis

the sun rises...

"OH..!! TIME TO HEAD BACK..!!!!" freaks Link

"hey, wait." Artemis follows him, "i'll come with you. you'll probably get so excited wanting to be hero you might yourself lost in these woods." then she sighs, "Navie gets to take care the first Hero of Time...Nadia gets to take care the second Hero of Time...and now i get to take care a...[crying] kid."

"C'MON ARTY!!!!" smiles Link, calling for her..

"IT'S ARTEMIS...stupid kid." whisper Artemis, and joins him...

"[growling]" not far away...a white wolf watches them...

"whoa..how long have i been staying in the forest..? everything's changed..!!" freaks Artemis

there are more villages than before...

not far away, there's a new farm

"what do you mean "changed"?? it's still the same." said Link

"oyy...civilization..." sighs Artemis..

Link is thinking something...then he smiles, "I GOT IT..!!!! I GOT AN IDEA..!!!!"

"my mom told me there used to be a Shadow Temple in my village!!!" smiles Link, then he pull out his sword, and swing around like an idiot, "I...A VERY BRAVE HERO...WILL GO TO THE TEMPLE AND...AND...DO SOMETHING VERY BRAVE!!!"

"rriiiiiight." whisper Artemis, a little freaked, "are you always into HERO moments or something?"

"[CHILD GIGGLES] DON'T BE SO SERIOUS, ARTY!!!!! LET'S GO..!!!!!!" smiles Link, and lead the way...

"and..my name is Artemis."

a small girl about his age..but younger...stood in front of his way.  she have yellow hair, and blue eyes...wearing a short pink dress.

"TELL ME..!!!!!!!!!! TELL ME..!!!!!!!!!!!"

"all right..!!! sheesh.." shouts Link, "i'm going to the Shadow Temple."

"but that's just a story. besides, what for?"

"uhhmm...you know what. i have absolutely...NOOO idea why i'm going.." said Link, "BUT IT'S A HERO...THING!!!!!"

"then why don't you go to the Temple of Time instead?" smiles Linoa, "no one ever goes there." then she giggles, "[GIGGLES] WHAT ARE YA, CHICKEN????"

"nooooo.." blushes Link, his face turn red, "FINE. i'll go. and show you who's chicken." then he walks away...

".." Linoa blinks, "WHERE YA GOING??!!"

"none of your business."

"WHERE???"

"stop being so nosy."

"WHERE??? WHERE WHERE????" shouts Linoa, and follows him...

"here we are..." smiles Link, "the old Temple of Time."

an ancient temple is still there...

vines and wild plants cover most of the temple...

linoa freaks out, "it's kinda creepy in there.."

"heheheheheh..chicken."

"no i'm not."

"chicken." laughs Link, then he grins, "I GOT AN IDEA!!!!"

"ooohhh noo." whisper Artemis, "please...don't...don't..!!"

"I AM...GOING IN!!!!!!"

"damn." said Artemis, "are you mad, kid? that temple is like hundred years old..!! it might fall at any time...and the legend said the evil man was sealed away there."

"..." Link grins, "HERO TIME!!!!!!"

"link..!!" linoa stopped him, "you're serious? we're not allowed to go in there..!!"

"of course i'm serious!! nothing stops my adventure..!! trouble means nothing to me..!!" smiles Link, and opens the temple door...

[creak]

it's dark inside. link freaks out...then he notice something is missing...

"GOOD LUCK, LINK!!!! WE'RE RIGHT BEHIND YOU!!! WE'LL CHEER FOR YOU!!!" shouts Linoa and Artemis..a mile away from the temple..

"[gulp]" link begins to get worried...then he shakes his head, "HERO TIME..!!!"

and enter the temple.

"heeellooooo.." whisper link..

the temple is dark and empty...there are vines everywhere..

"..." link saw a dim light deep inside the temple...he went to see it.

a small light from the window is shining on a one spot...

"[gasps]" link gasps...this is where the MasterSword used to be..!!

then he remove some dirt with his hands...

a Triforce symbol is carved in the stone...

"whoa.." whisper link, "this looks very...familiar.."

[FLASHBACKS]

the temple is very beautiful...

deep inside the temple...a sword rests there.

it is the MASTERSWORD....

a man in a green outfit took the sword...

he looks almost like Link..but except he is older.

[FLASHBACKS]

"there used to be a..sword in here." said Link, "but where is it?"

"[ROARING]"

"[GASPS]" Link gasps...a monster is behind him..!!

he quickly grab his small sword out, "BACK OFF..!!!!"

the monster roars, and attacks..!!

"WWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH..!!!!!" freaks Link, running away from the monster..!!

then he turn around, "TAKE THAT..!!!"

"[ROARING]" the monster roars...and uses its tail..!!

[OBJECT FALLS ON GROUND]

"oops." Link lost his sword..!!

"[ROARING]"

"NOW..i am in trouble.." whisper Link...and backs off..

the monster roars, and is about to kill the boy..!!

[SLASH]

"[CRYING IN PAIN]" the monster backs off..!!

it's Sheik..!!

"a monster...that's odd." whisper Sheik, "it seem to be after..." she turn around...and stare at Link...

"???" Link doesn't get it...

Sheik gasps..., "can it be..??"

"[ROARING]" the monster jumps on Sheik..!!!

they fall on the ground..!!!

"..!!!!" Link freaks out, don't know what to do..!!

Sheik is struggling to push the monster away from her..

but it's too strong. she can't hold on much longer.

Link knows what to do...he took the small sword, and stab at the monster's back, "TAKE THAT!!!!"

"[ROARING]" the monster backs off..!!

then it ran away...

"[breathing]" Sheik gets up...Link gasps.

they stare at each other...

"..." link is a scared...then he slowly backs off...and run away.

"..." Sheik watches him go....

later...link and linoa went home.  Artemis hangs around with Link...

not far away...Sheik stood there, in the mountains...watching link going to bed.

"you called?" it's Xlia..and Fenrir.

Xlia notice that Sheik is staring at a small boy...who is talking to his mom about his adventure today.  Xlia sighs, "it's Link, isn't it?"

"yes.." said Sheik, "but we have problems..Tartan wants to take over Hyrule. but as long as i'm still here, he doesn't have a chance. but if he finds out who is Link...Tartan might killed him for revenge...or even worse."

"THEN LET'S AWAKEN HIM!! there are more and more monsters nowadays.."

then she turn to Xlia, "he really like being as a normal child. if we take that away from him...he'll be like he used to...a loner." then she sighs, "no matter what happens, we must protect them...from all harm."

"QUEEN ZELDA CAN'T RULE FOR LONG...SHE MUST HAVE HEIR TO PASS ON THE THRONE." said Tartan, "IF LINK IS STILL ALIVE...SO DOES SHE.."

then he grins, "I WANTED REVENGE FOR SO LONG...AND I WILL GET IT. [EVIL LAUGHTER]"

the next day...link is ready for another adventure.

"HEY LINK..!!!!! wait for me..!!!!"

"not her..again???" freaks link

linoa joins him, "WHERE YA GOING??? I'M COMING WITH YOU!!!!"

"are you always this nosy?" said link, "all right..i'm going to the Gerudo Fortress!! i heard there are treasure..!!"

"oohh nooo...this hero thing have gone OUT OF HAND!!!" shouts Artemis, "I WON'T BE PART OF THIS!!!"

"Arty, it won't that bad..!! i'll protect you!!"

"wow. a 7year old defenseless kid is going to save ME from HUGE, UGLY, MONSTROUS MONSTERS with razor sharp teeth and claws...i felt sooo much better." said Artemis, very sarcastic, "I AM STAYING HERE..!!"

"I WANT TO GO WITH YOU!!!" smiles Linoa

"no way..!! i'm not going alone with...a girl???"

"WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN, @$$HOLE?" said Linoa

"[sighs] never mind." Link ignores her...and walks toward to the Gerudo Valley..

"HEY..!!! WAIT UP!!!" shouts Linoa

Link and Linoa are walking on the bridge to the fortress...

"[gasps] look!!" gasps Linoa, pointing below..

the river is dried up????!!

"how could that happen?" said Link

"this river connects to Lake Hylia, where people need water to survive." said Linoa,

["celes theme" from FF3] then she lowers her head, "if the river is still empty...plants and animals will die."

Link stare at her...the way linoa worry about the river.

her eyes shows that she really cares for people and animals...

".." Linoa blinks, and notice him staring.., "what?"

"!!!" Link blushes, "nothing..!!" then he joins her, "something must be in the way to keep the river from flowing..i have to find that problem and free the river."

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN "i"???? i'm going..!!"

"no you're not. it's too dangerous.."

"WHAT? because i'm only a little girl?" said Linoa.

Link hesitates, then he whispers, "all right.."

"[CHILD GIGGLES] THANK YOU!!!!"

"..!!!" Linoa kissed Link in the cheek..

Link blushes...then Linoa takes his hand..!!

"HEY..!!! LET ME...GO!!!!" Link quickly take his hand back.., "DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN???!!!! IT'S....EMBARRASSING..!!!!! AND WE'RE ONLY KIDS..!!!"

"..." Linoa understands, "i was just trying to be your friend.."

"WELL, I DON'T WANT TO BE YOUR FRIEND...!! now, just...FOLLOW ME!!!" freaks Link...still blushing..

"whoa..." whisper Linoa...

a huge wall of rocks is blocking the river from flowing...

above the rocks...Tartan is waiting...

"we have to free it." said Link, trying to remove the rocks

"but how??" said Linoa, very curious

"JUST HELP ME, OKAY???" shouts Link, not giving up...

"..." Linoa stare at him...very impressed..

while they're working...Tartan watches them...

"HAHAHAHA...never thought that you still want to play as hero in this life time, Link??" whisper Tartan..., "once you and linoa is gone...all world's peace and life forms will disappear..and I WILL RULE HYRULE AGAIN!!!" then he started to form a huge energy ball on his hands...then he throws it into the blocked river, and created a huge Tidal Wave (tsunami)....!!!!

"[SCREAMING]" Linoa slipped, and fell..!! , "LINK..!!!"

"[GASPS] linoa..!!" link quickly went back for her, and together and continue to run..!!  he doesn't know why he saved her...

"A CLIFF..!!!" shouts Linoa, "WE WON'T MAKE IT!!!"

"..!!" Link looks around...then he got an idea, "HOLD ON, LINOA!!!"

"WHAT ARE YOU...AAAAAAAHHHH!!!!" Link grab her arm, and SWING her to high grounds...where it is safe. 

"link..!! come on!!" shouts Linoa, holding onto him..., "YOU CAN MAKE IT!!!"

"LINK!!!" gasps Linoa, wanting to save him...

the poor boy struggles to swim and to keep on the surface..

but there's too much water...and the waves are going slamming everywhere..!!

"[EVIL LAUGHTER]" laughs Tartan, watching Link, a little boy, drowning in the river helplessly...

"LINK..!!!" gasps Xlia...on the high ground.

Fenrir jumps in and swim to save him..but no use. now he couldn't get out of the water too..!!

not far away...there's a waterfall and below there are sharp rocks..!!

"LINK..!!! NOOO!!!!" cries Linoa

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH....!!!!!!!" Link and Fenrir falls down from the waterfall..!!

Linoa kneels down..and cries...

"hey boss." whispers the monster, "you have the power of the True Force, right? why do you care if that princess dies or not?"

"DON'T BE AN IDIOT, MINION!!!" said Tartan, "yes...i ruled Hyrule before. at that time, the population was small...i can easily rule over them. but now...the population have grown so much..."

"BUT YOU STILL HAVE THE POWER, RIGHT???" whisper the monster...

Tartan step in front of its face, "they don't know...but they OUTNUMBER me from one out of thousands!!!!" then he grins, "destroying Linoa is destroying all the life line of the world..."

he stare at Linoa...and attacks..!!!!

"[GASPS]" Linoa turn around..

Tartan backs off..

it's Sheik, "I WON'T LET YOU HURT HER."

"STAY OUT OF THIS, SHEIK!!!! SHE'S MINE!!!"

"not while i'm around." Sheik took Linoa's hand...and walks away...

"DAMN YOU, SHEIK!!!! DAMN YOU!!!!" roars Tartan..then he grins, "fine. go ahead. GO."

Sheik turn around...

Tartan grins, "you can't watch her ALL THE TIME. i already killed Link...without his protection, SHE WILL DIE....HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA...!!!!!"

Sheik is very worried....then she and Linoa disappears..

a grown man, wearing a green outfit, and holding the MasterSword...hugs her...

the man and the princess is forced to be apart..!!

"[EVIL LAUGHTER]" Tartan laughs..!!

[FLASHBACKS]

the princess cries, and turn to Link, "you must remember the promise...you must.."

"i..i..don't understand!!! WHAT PROMISE???"

"you must...it is the only way to save Hyrule...and for us to be together again..." cries the princess...her blue eyes full with sparkling tears...and then, she disappears into the light..!!

"WAIT..!!! WAIT..!!! WHO ARE YOU..??!!!" shouts Link, trying to chase after her...

"WAIT!!!!!" Link opens his eyes. he was sleeping..

"fell asleep on the job, AGAIN?" said a voice.

"huh? oh...it's you, Rex." Link stands up....he looks very different.  10 years have passed...Link and Fenrir survived the waterfall, and somehow decided to live alone...

Link have grown into a handsome teenager.  he wears normal clothing, a yellow neck bandana, and shorts. he is working to guard The Moonlight Fair.  this fair is held every year...celebrating for Princess Linoa, and the Sages.

"you know, if the boss caught you sleeping...[sighs] AGAIN. you'll never work here again." said Rex. he is about Link's age. he have dark brown hair, blue eyes, and much cuter than Link.  he wears normal clothing and pants, much neater than Link.

"so what? I'M INNOCENT!!! i was caught for...14 times this week, that's it."

"how nice.." whisper Rex, "anyways, you've been kicked out from all your jobs in Hyrule for 20 times, because you slept when you're not suppose to. as a friend, don't lose this job."

"RELAX!!!!! i'll be fine!!!" smiles Link

"yea..yea..whatever." said Rex, and continue to carry heavy pots to the Art Store..

"[LAUGHING] DAMN..ARE YOU TRYING TO BREAK OFF YOUR ARMS??? YOU'VE BEEN WORKING ALL MORNING!!!" laughs Link

"[groaning] hey...!!! people have to work sometimes..!! it's like a..[groaning] growing up thing..!!" Rex carries the pot to the store...

a woman, with her eyes closed, is praying....facing at a man, wearing a hat, holding the MasterSword and the Ocarina of Time, with his arms hugging the woman, protecting her from all harm.  the 6 Sages are carved below them...praying and very happy for them. 

"whoa.." whisper Link, "what's that statue called?"

"oh..i never thought you'll be interested in ART, since you always love to make FUN of art." said Rex, "that statue is called "The Eternal Love".  it's very beautiful...that woman is Princess Linoa.  and that man is believed to be the 2nd Hero of Time.  these are the 6 Sages."

"..." Link is staring at the statue..at Linoa and the hero...

"there was a legend that Princess Linoa...the Angel of Life, revived all life forms and keeps them alive from the evil man....but she fell deeply in love with this Hero of Time.  but one day, she was killed by the evil man.  the hero found the Phoenix Diamond...but the price for it, is to exchange his life for hers. and he did. later, the princess found out what he have done, and commit suicide." said Rex, then he sighs, "people said that their love was so strong, that it touches the survivor the Sheikahs, the shadow people. the survivor gave them another chance to live...to reborn."

"cool story.." smiles Link, then he is curious ~o^, "is their love THAT strong?"

"oh yea...so strong, some people thought they're still in love even in their next life time."

"LINOA..???!!! it's me, Link. remember?" smiles Link

"..." the girl whispers, "link..?"

he nods, "that's my name..!!!"

"you're ALIVE????" blinks Linoa, not very happy to see him...

"ALIVE AND KICKING..!!!" smiles Link

Linoa lowers her head...and walks away.

"linoa..? LINOA..!! WAIT..!!" Link chases after her..

Linoa stopped...Link catches up with her, "what's wrong? you're not happy to see me?"

".." Linoa closes her eyes, "all these times, i thought you were dead...but you're alive." then she turn to him, "WHERE WERE YOU ALL THESE YEARS???"

"sorry...i..i have to be alone." said Link

"what?"

"remembered the monsters and the Tidal Wave? it's no accident. i realized someone is trying to kill me..or us." said Link, "it's too dangerous. and i couldn't fight yet..i have to be on my own. now, i can fight, and it's time for me to stop hiding." then he smiles, "let's forget about the past, okay? you have grown so much..so different!!"

"so are you, @$$hole."

"[sighs] but, it's still the same Linoa." smiles Link.

she smiles, "you haven't change much. still a immature person." then she gets serious, "i need your help. i heard the king, from another kingdom Nikeah, have died...and his son took over.  i need to talk to the new king."

"but what for?"

"after you were gone, Sheik took care of me. She taught me how to fight.  She is also the one who protected me from that man..!!" said Linoa, "i don't like that man..Tartan. i sensed evil power from him...strong powers. and he wanted to take over Hyrule...!!  he wanted to overthrone Queen Zelda..!!"

"SO, idiot, if he really became king.." Linoa lowers her head, "i don't know why...but i can feel it...if he became king..." then she cries, "there will be pain and torture and death in the world...no hope or peace will ever exist again...or the Time of Evil.." then she turn to Link, "WE CAN'T LET THAT HAPPEN..!!! i know it sounds weird, but i can really feel it..!! please say you'll help me..!!"

"hmm..." Link smiles, and wipe off her tears, "don't be crybaby..!! you really wanted to help people, don't you? you really care about life.." then he blink his left eye ~_^ "don't worry..!! i'll help you..!!!"

Linoa smiles.., "THEN LET'S GO..!!!"

then they head for the castle..

the castle is HUGE..!! there are guards everywhere, and the castle looks much nicer and new than Hyrule's...

"who goes there?" said the guard

"we're from Hyrule. we need to talk to the king." said Linoa

"hmm...all right." smiles the guard, and lets them in...

"DAMN!!! they're even nicer than the guards in Hyrule. i mean, hell, i got kicked out every time i try to sneek in..!!" freaks Link

"uhmm..have you tried to ask them nicely?" said Rex

they enter the castle...it is big. there are famous portraits of kings from the past...

"odd...i have this feeling i saw portraits before...in the Hyrule's Castle..?" whisper Link, "portraits of women...of queens and princesses.."

"..!!!" Linoa freaks out, and blushes, "DO YOU MIND???? these are portraits of MEN. not women..!!!"

"SHEESH!!! i said from HYRULE's Castle..!!" said Link

"WHO IS IT?" said a voice.

they stopped. they arrived at the throne room...

"we're from Hyrule, your majesty. we come to ask you a favor." said Rex

"[BARK]" barks Fenrir, and sits down quietly..

"a favor?" said the king...and comes out. he is VERY handsome. he have blond hair, and blue eyes.  he wears armors, and a cape.  he looks a little young to be a king..

"YOU'RE THE KING????!!!" freaks Link

"surprised? i am King Saber of Nikeah." said the king, "can i help you, visitors?"

"Queen Zelda is in a contest against Tartan for the throne. and i fear that one day, Tartan might win. if he rules Hyrule..." whisper Linoa, "i can feel the Time of Evil will come back.."

"Time of Evil? isn't it just a legend???"

"i don't know..!! but i don't like that Tartan guy. i need you to convince the people that Queen Zelda is the good ruler."

"hmm...no can do."

"you see, i only help others if it is a crisis problem. but this? so what's the catch?"

"WHAT..?????!!! NO WAY!!!! LINOA..!!!!" freaks Link, and takes his sword out, "SHE WON'T MARRY YOU..!!! AND I WON'T LET YOU..!!!"

"i'll marry you." smiles Linoa, "that's a great idea.."

"LINOA..!!!! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING????!!! HE'S A...!!!"

"that's a great idea." said Linoa, and takes out her small sword, "when we're celebrating for our wedding..i'll make you VERY drunk. then i'll cut your throat and leave you to bleed to death. then i'll take over the throne for you."

"..." Saber laughs, "[LAUGHING] Touche..!! i like that a lot!!! very impressive!!"

"..?" Link blinks..

"i always wanted to work with people like you." said Saber, "someone who have the guts and the confidense. i'll help you. besides, i never like that Tartan.."

"KING SABER!!!! KING SABER!!!!" shouts a soldier

"FIRE..!!! TARTAN..!!! HE'S HERE..!!! WITH FIRE MONSTER!!!!" freaks the soldier

"WHAT???" freaks Saber, and then he turn to Link and his friends, "stay here." then he go and talk to Tartan..

"[FIRE]" a dragon is blowing fire at the castle..!!

"[SCREAMING]" the soldiers tries to put it out..

Tartan stood there.., "WHERE IS THE KING???? WHERE THE @#$% IS HE????"
"no need to use such bad words, Tartan." said Saber, "what're you doing here?? i thought you're in Hyrule??"

"i will be.  now WHERE IS SHE????"

"THAT DAMN GIRL, LINOA!!!! SHE'S IN HERE SOMEWHERE..!!!"

"linoa..?? never heard of her!!"

"QUIT...LYING, SABER." growls Tartan, his eyes full of anger, "IF YOU WANT YOUR PEOPLE TO LIVE...GIVE ME THE GIRL."

they all confront the dragon..

"[HOWLING]" he howls loudly, and like a falcon, he runs through the dragon's belly with his speed and fangs..!!!

"CROSSBOW...ATTACK!!!" Saber uses the crossbow, with 5 arrows shooting at a time..!!

Fenrir lowers his head...he remembered when he used to fight with the 2nd Hero of Time...fighting for justice against evil.  he remembered of how confidence his master was...so willing to save the world and the princess...that he gave up his life for his love... Fenrir missed that feeling. he miss his master, the one that he admires the most...but now, fighting with Link, that feeling all comes back to Fenrir...!!

they're ready to go back to Hyrule. the fire might be gone, but the houses are burned down...

"nah...they can rebuild. no lives was lost today, that's the good part." said Saber, then he grins, "i've been waiting for an adventure for so long!!! i'm coming with you."

"cool." smiles Link, "but what about your kingdom? they need you."

".." Saber lowers his head, "being king isn't easy, kid. i need a break. ANYWAYS, where we heading next?"

"to Kokiri Forest. it's the only way to reach to Hyrule Castle." said Rex

"..." Link lowers his head, "that magic...where did it came from..?"

".." Linoa stare at him..then she smiles, "WHO CARES???? LET'S GO!!!!"

then they head for Kokiri Forest..

Link, Linoa, Rex, Saber and Fenrir arrives at the Kokiri Forest...

"[BARK]" Fenrir walks around freely...very happy...

"this is one of the powers that the 1st Hero of Time used in his journey...until he's gone.  now, you shall use them." said the fairy, "i foresee danger will come to Hyrule...soon. you must find the rest of the Great Fairies.  The Great Fairy of Fire is in the Death Mountain...and the Great Fairy of Water is in Zora's Domain.  the magic will help you a lot...trust me.."

it's still midnight..link brought linoa up on the ceiling...

the stars sparkles like diamonds...and the moon is full...

"yea...it is." whisper linoa, looking around

link sits down on the edge of the ceiling..not afraid of heights, "it's weird, ya know. i mean, ever since i was little..i fell in love with the stars and the moon. they look very familiar to me..and i knew that i used to watch the moon with someone else.." then he sighs, "and ever since i was a kid..i love heroes. legendary heroes from stories...who saved the world and such...i admire them a lot. especially the Hero of Times. they influenced me to be a hero too..i mean, even if i never heard of these heroes before, i still want to become a hero. it's like...destiny." then he lowers his head, "[sighs] but it's just a stupid dream. i'm not a hero. i'm just a normal teenager."

Pete goes up to link, "where were you this morning, link?"

and the trial is over...

Fenrir looks up to link...as if telling him about the creature he was chasing...

"why are you looking at me like that, boy?? what did you saw?" whisper link

"LINK!!!!" shouts a woman voice..

it's Artemis, "YOU'RE SAFE!!! YOU'RE BACK..!!!! ewwww...you stink!!"

"hey..!! give me a break. i was in the dungeon." said link, "how did you escape?"

"well..it's a long story. they were concentrating on Rex and Saber, so i managed to escape."

"oh of course. you're like..what? 1 inch? no one could see you!!" laughs link

"IT'S NOT 1 INCH!!!!! it is 1 AND a half inch." said Artemis, "what you doing here?"

"the star. i need to find the star..in here." said link, "but it's impossible!! there's no stars in this forest."

"there isn't?"

"duh. of course not!! don't you live here?" said link, "anyways, do you think we have to dig for it?"

"let's try it." said Artemis, "THIS spot will work."
"how do you know?"

"i just do. NOW DIG." said Artemis..

and they start digging...

at night, they camped near the spot...

"["celes song"]" Link is playing the ocarina...

"damn..aren't you sick of that song?" said Artemis

"no. it's weird though..i mean, this song reminds of someone...someone i loved before. just couldn't remember who.." whisper link, "it may be related to my previous life."

"your previous life probably suck. i mean, you lost 20 jobs, no money, no home."

"WHY CAN'T YOU SAY SOMETHING NICE TO ME?" said link, then he stare at Fenrir, "poor boy..i heard he used to work with the 2nd Hero of Time..fighting evil side-by-side. then after his master was gone...Fenrir is all alone. now he's with me. do you think there are other wolves out there?"

"no way. Fenrir is lucky. when the kokiris disappeared, so does the wolves. the wolves were hunted to extinction by Tartan."

"Tartan...wait until i get my hands on him." whisper link, very angry...

"..." Fenrir lays down...

[BUSHES]

"..!!" Fenrir gets up..it's the creature again..!! he quickly chase after it...and this time, he won't let it escape.

"[sniffing]" Fenrir stopped...he arrived deep inside the Lost Woods..

he's very sure that the creature is still here...

"[GROWLING]" the creature pounce on Fenrir..!!

"[SNARLING]" Fenrir fights back..!! he tackle the creature, and attack until it weakens..and kill it.

but he stopped...he lowers his tail...

"[soft growling]" the creature is actually a...WOLF??? it is a black and white female wolf..its size is a little smaller. her name is Iris (well, gotta give her name at least??)

"..." Fenrir is very surprised...and confused. he NEVER have seen another wolf in his whole life before...

Iris stare at him...very alert.

Fenrir step forward...

"!!!" Iris runs away...!!!

".." Fenrir chases after her..!!

"[GROWLING]" a large black wolf appears..ready to fight Fenrir..

other wolves appears...

Fenrir is very surprise..and happy. he finally get to meet his own kind...his own pack..!!

he could also see that Iris is one of them...

"[SNARLING]" the wolf snarls..and attacks..!!!

Fenrir backs off...doesn't want to fight. he wants to join them...

"[SNARLING]" the wolf attacks..!!

[WHINE]

Fenrir jumps back...his ear is bitten.  that black wolf is the leader of the pack..and he doesn't like Fenrir at all...

"grrrrr..." Fenrir gets the point. the leader won't let him to join them...

so he walks away...back to where link and Artemis is..

the next day, link and Artemis is digging...

"DAMN...!! YOU BETTER BE RIGHT, ARTY!!!" shouts link, very annoyed..

[BAM]

it's a gun shot..?? link, Fenrir and Artemis never heard of this before..?
"what was that?" said Artemis

"i don't like this..let's go check it out." said link

they arrived deep inside the Lost Woods...

they saw 5 monsters in the woods...hunting the wolves with guns??
"I LOVE THIS...THING!!! Tartan is right. Nikeah has the BEST inventions!!" said one of the monster

"yea..let's wipe out this species once and for all!! their fur really can make a royal fur coat for Tartan!! he loves them...DEAD!!! HEHEHEHEHEHEHEH..!!!" laughs the other monster...

"WHAT THE @#$?? what wolves?" whisper link

"LOOK!!!!" gasps Artemis

they saw a pack of wolves not far away...???

"!!!" Fenrir is alert...

"THERE THEY ARE!!!! HEHEHEHEHEHEHHEHE...!!!! THE HUNT IS ON!!!" laughs the monsters...and started to chase after the wolves..!!

"ggrrrrr...!!!" growls Fenrir...and ran to the wolves..!!

"FENRIR..!!!! WAIT!!!" shouts link

"those monsters got those...things, that can definitely wipe out the whole wolf population!! if Fenrir is in the way..."

"HE'S GOING TO GET KILLED TOO." whisper link

"but that...thing can also kill us both!!"

"..." link lowers his head, then he pull out his sword, "I DON'T CARE..!!! those wolves must be the last remaining pack in the world...and it will be extinct if we don't stop those monsters..!!! THEY DESERVE TO LIVE!!!!"

then he run after the monsters..!!

"LINK..!! WAIT!!!" freaks Artemis..and follows him..

[BAM]

Fenrir is running as fast as he can..jumping through bushes and avoiding the trees..then he stopped.

Iris tripped and fell behind...

the monsters cornered her, "HER FUR IS PERFECT!!!! THAT'S WHAT TARTAN WANTS..!!!"

"[GROWLING]" Fenrir protects her..

"HEY..!!! THAT WOLF LOOKS FAMILIAR..!!!" said the monster

"WHO CARES??? NOW WE GOT 2 WOLVES!!!" laughs the other one..

"[SNARLING]" Fenrir won't leave her side..

"don't even think about it." said a voice.

it's Link..!! he attacks..!!

"YOU MUST BE THE ESCAPED CRIMINAL..!!!" said the monster, and attacks..!!

[BAM]

"HEY..!!! THAT'S UNFAIR..!!!" shouts link, almost got shot..!!

then he uses magic, "WIND SONG"

thousands of razor sharp leaves attacks the monsters..!!

"[GROWLING]" Fenrir helps out..!!

"YOU JERKS..!!!" roars one of the monsters...aiming his gun at Fenrir...

"FENRIR..!!!!" gasps link...

"LET'S MAKE RUN FOR IT..!!!" shouts the monster..and they escape..

"..." link ignores the monsters...

Fenrir lays on the ground...he got shot in the shoulder...

there's blood covering his whole body...

link kneels down beside his pal, "Fenrir.."

"he's just a wolf, link..." whisper Artemis...

"i know..but...but..there's something inside of me...that tells me he's more than a wolf..." whisper link...

[FLASHBACKS]

a man...wearing a kokirish clothing...entered the Lost Woods..

a small kokiri girl is playing the ocarina..then she stopped. and smiles.

then a large white wolf appears...snarling at the man..protecting the girl..

the man tries to pet the wolf..but the wolf won't let him. but instead, he let's Linoa pets him :)

[FLASHBACKS]

in the Temple of Time...the man uses the Phoenix Diamond...

the wolf walks toward his master..who died for his love. from that day on...the wolf is all alone...

[FLASHBACKS]

"[GASPS]" link opens his eyes, "Fenrir..."

a small tear rolls down from his eyes..

the tear sparkles...

"i remembered that we used to be partners...and fight against evil. and we were friends.." whisper link...

the tear sparkles...and turn into a star..!!

"LINK..!! IT'S THE...STAR OF FRIENDSHIP..!!" whisper Artemis

"..." link stare at the star...

[BRIGHT LIGHT]

Fenrir's wound is healed..!! he started to get up...

the star appears on link's hand...it's a yellow star..but the light it glows are green..

he can feel the warmth...and the hope of friendship inside...

then he put the star in his pocket...

"wow..the tear was actually a star." said Artemis..

as they begin to exit the Kokiri Forest..

"YOU SHOULD CRY MORE, link." smiles Artemis

"WHO DO YOU THINK I AM? A CRYBABY??" said link ~o^

"well..you cried for Fenrir. YOU NEVER CRIED FOR ME...!!! I MEAN, I WAS WAITING FOR YOU FOR 10 YEARS..!!! AND YOU ONLY WAITED FOR FENRIR FOR 2 MINUTES..!!!"

"Arty..." whisper link, "i don't think the tears are the stars...i think it's something else...huh?" then he stare at Fenrir...

Fenrir is staring at the pack...who decided to stay in the forest..

Iris wants him to join them...

"..." link hesitates, then he smiles, "go ahead, boy."

"..?" Fenrir looks up to link..

"go. join your own kind. i know that's what you always wanted, right? be with your own family." smiles link

".." Fenrir waves his tail...then he stopped.., "[BARK]"

Fenrir wants to go with link..for now.

"thanx, pal." smiles link

then they walks away...

"you know. for a second there, i thought i'm going to miss you." said link

"AWWWW...CRY, LINK."

then they move on to Death Mountain...

"WHOA..!!!" freaks Link..

and they quickly hide.

there are soldiers everywhere in Kakariko Village..!!

"look at this..!!" said Artemis, and drag one of the papers to link..

"this is a wanted poster..?" blinks Link, and reads, "This 17 yrs. old teenager named Link, is loose on Hyrule. he is known to be armed and dangerous. he have brown hair, blue eyes, wearing a bandana and such. if you have any info about this criminal, please contact the guards immediately."

"[GROWLING]" Fenrir doesn't like this..

"WHAT THE HELL..??? I'M NO CRIMINAL..!!" freaks link..

"WHOA..!! here it says...the reward is $1,000,000. DEAD OR ALIVE." freaks Artemis, "DAMN..!!! THAT TARTAN WANTS YOU..BAD!!!! I MEAN, I WOULD'VE TURN MYSELF IN FOR THAT REWARD!!!!"

"yea..he probably want me dead.." whisper link, then he lowers his head, "it's all Tartan's fault..if linoa would listen to me.."

"she did."

"??" blinks Link

Artemis smiles, "she did. i know she believed you. but she's just confused...linoa needs time to think. i mean, all these things happening at the same time..it's very hard for her."

"..." link lowers his head, "i just wish this never happened.."

"so how do we get in? the map says that the next star is in the mountain..!!"

"hmm.." link looks around, "I GOT AN IDEA."

"oh shit."

"TRUST ME, ARTY!!!" smiles link, and steal some clothes from people's laundry..

"TA DA!!!!" smiles link...

he have dressed up into a peasant.., "so what'd ya think? nice outfit, huh?"

link grab her and stuffed Artemis inside his hat..!!

and they enter the village...

"NIKEAH??? THEY DON'T HAVE PEASANTS!!!!" shouts the soldier

"I MEAN, HYRULE!!!"

"all right. move on." said the soldier..and walks away.

they got away from the village..and climbs the mountain.

link took off his peasants clothes..and climbs the mountain..

"i wonder if Rex is okay.." whisper link

"AT LEAST, REX IS MATURE THAN YOU. he's smart, handsome, gentlemen, nice.."

"OKAY OKAY!!! i got your point." said link

"it's no wonder that Linoa is his girlfriend."

"..." link lowers his head, "yea...no wonder.."

"I MEAN, THEY LOOK LIKE COUPLE!!! don't ya think?"

"yea..i guess so.." whisper link, "linoa always likes gentlemen..doesn't she?"

"i mean, Rex is handsome, smart, gentlemen, rich..or at least earn some money than me...responsible, etc. a true Renaissance man. linoa and Rex really liked each other and she will never go out or even trust a streetrat, thief, all-Hyrule-wanted-criminal, immature, irresponsible.."

"LINK..?" blinks Artemis.., "huh?"

"HELP!!!! HELP!!!" shouts a..rock?

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH..!!! IT'S A TALKING ROCK!!!" freaks Artemis

"i think it's a Goron..?" whisper link

"PLEASE..!!! YOU HAVE TO SAVE US!!!! ALL OF THE GORONS ARE TRAPPED INSIDE THE VOLCANO!!! AND IT'LL ERUPTS ANY MINUTE..!!!"

"the volcano?" whisper link, then he hesitates, "all the gorons..?"

"link..i don't like that expression..?" whisper Artemis

"HERO TIME..!!!!" shouts link, "LET'S GO ARTY..!!"

"no we're not..and it's ARTEMIS."

"ARTY, THEY NEED OUR HELP..!!! WE HAVE TO SAVE THEM..!!"

"okay, if we die, i'll kill in you in the underworld, okay?" smiles Artemis

then link and his friends run to the volcano..

inside the volcano...it's very hot.

link looks down...the lava are bubbling higher and higher, "it's gonna erupt soon.."

"no kidding." said artemis, "it's so hot...!!"

"there they are!!" smiles link..pointing at the trapped Gorons inside a big cage..

link run over there..and begins to use his sword to chop off the cage's bars..

"YOU MUST BECAREFUL..!!! HE..COULD BE ANYWHERE!!!" freaks the goron

"he? you mean, HE trapped all of you in here?"

"HE'S VERY STRONG AND POWERFUL. HE USES STRONG MAGIC..!!! AND HE WILL COME BACK SOON..!!!"

"well..[groaning] you won't be staying here. come out...!!" smiles link..

the gorons quickly exit the volcano..

"wow..you're welcome." said link, sarcastic..., "whew..!! it's getting hot in here..!!"

"[GROWLING]" Fenrir is growling at someone..

"...?" link turn around..

it's REX..!!!

"rex??!! IS THAT REALLY YOU???" smiles link

"link..you're here..?"

"MAN..!!! HOW DID YOU...???"

[RUMBLING]

"it's gonna blow!! let's get outta here!!" shouts Artemis..

they all exit the volcano..

[RUMBLING]

the volcano erupts..!!

"what were you doing here, link?" said Rex

"i was asking you the same thing!! well, i was searching for a star.."

"this one?" Rex gives him the star..!!

"it's the Star of Power!! HOW..???" freaks Artemis

"it was way under the lava..but i got it, somehow." said Rex

"UNDER the lava..??" link is curious..

the star appears in link's hands..it's a yellow star, but glowing red...

he could feel the heat..the destruction...and the power in the star..

but he doesn't like it, "the power inside this star is..too destructive..it's weird though.."

"that's what power means, my friend." said Rex, "destructions equals power..or the result of it. you can't change it nor end the power.."

".." link blinks, "rex..."

"you're searching for the other stars, right? i'm coming with you." said Rex

"sure.." whisper link, "did Tartan know you've escaped..?"

"well...we made arrangements." whisper Rex, "but let's just forget about it!!"

"[GROWLING]" Fenrir is still growling at Rex..

Rex stare at the wolf.., "you should train your wolf more often..it's behavior is getting bad.."

"right.." whisper link..

Rex leads the way..

"so what kind of star do you think we're gonna find?" said link

"it depends..." whisper Rex

"???" link doesn't get it..

"the map says the star is in...Lake Hylia?" blinks Artemis, "but there's NOTHING in there!!"

"let's go check it out..!!" smiles link..and lead the way.

in Lake Hylia...the lake is full of rich water that connects to all of Hyrule. a new boat port is built and a new river that connects Lake Hylia with Nikeah...

"it's almost midnight.." whisper Rex

"wow..time goes by FAST.." whisper Artemis

Rex turn to Link, "let's rest here for tonight. we got a long way to go tomorrow.."

"cool." smiles link..

[chirping] it's midnight...everyone in Hyrule is asleep..

"..." link wakes up..he couldn't sleep. he looks up into the starry sky.., "the stars..there's so many of them.."

"[singing]"

"???" link sits up...he saw a girl is singing not far away...

she's singing on a small island in the lake...where the moon shines on her..

".." link gets up..and went to see it...

"[CELES SONG]" the girl continue to sing...

link walks up to her...slowly...

"!!!" the girl turn around...it's Linoa..!! , "LINK????"

"LINOA????? IT'S REALLY YOU!!!" smiles link, "LINOA..PLEASE. YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE ME..I'M INNOCENT."

"..." linoa lowers her head...

"OKAY.." whisper link, "MAYBE I WAS TEMPTED...but just a little!! C'MON..!! YOU CAN'T IGNORE ME FOREVER..!!!! TALK TO ME, LINOA!!!"

"..." linoa closes her eyes, "you don't understand..you will never understand.."

then she runs away from him..

"LINOA..!! wait..!!" said link..but she's gone.

then he lowers his head..feeling very guilty..

the next day...link and his friends are ready to find the star...

"I SLEPT LIKE A ROCK!!!! how about you, link?" smiles Artemis

"yea.." whisper link, "right.."

"???" blinks Artemis

"Rex." said a girl voice... it's Linoa. she walks toward Rex, "it's so good to see you again..!! i need a favor.."

"LINOA..!!!" smiles link...linoa ignores him.

"what is it?" said Rex

"it's the shipment...lately, i heard there is this huge beast swimming in the river between Nikeah and Hyrule...eating and crushing all my boats on the way to Nikeah. but this time, i have to make sure the shipment must get there safely. because of the beast, the sailors won't work and quit the job.." said Linoa, then she asks, "can you please help me navigate?"

"hmm...but the star.." whisper Rex

"SURE!!! WE'LL HELP." smiles link

"but we still have to find the star!!" said Rex, upset

"that can wait!! we still have time!!" smiles link, "C'MON!!! LET'S HOP ON BOARD!!!"

"[BARK]" Fenrir follows his master..

they all hop into the boat...

Rex hesitates, "the problem is...we DON'T have time." then he join his friends...

[WATER SOUND]

"[sighs] i love this!!" smiles link, as the breeze blows past him..

they're in the river...sailing smoothly..

"THIS IS COOL..!! don't ya think, Arty?...Arty..?" blinks Link..and turn around.

"[vomiting]" Artemis is seasick, "DON'T EVEN GO THERE, LINK.."

Fenrir lays on the ground...just resting..

link saw Rex all by himself..staring at the map..

"if we hurry this up and find the star. we might find 2 stars in one day." said Rex

"yea..but why? i mean, we got lots of time!!" smiles link, "i don't know..but you're acting so strange lately, Rex..it seems as if..you want to rush this thing and get the stars a.s.a.p?"

"..." Rex lowers his head, "people change, link.."

"..?" link smiles ~_^ "but we're always BEST FRIENDS, right?"

"...right.." whisper Rex..

linoa walks up to them, "the beast is not here today..that's weird. but we're almost at Nikeah. i guess i should thank you for tagging along with me.."

"linoa..i'm sorry.." whisper link

".." linoa sighs, "link..i've been thinking a lot these days..and.."

"[ROAR]"

[BOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM]

"[GASPS]" they gasps..!!

a huge sea serpent arise from the river..!!

"IT'S THE BEAST..!!" gasps Linoa..

"..." link stare at it...it's height is as big as half of the Empire State Building..!!

"[GROWLING]" Fenrir growls..

"[HISSING]" the serpent hisses..and dives back into the waters..!!

link and his friends takes their weapons out..

"[GROWLING]" Fenrir can sense that the serpent is near..

"[ROAR]" the serpent appears..and attacks!!!

"WATCH OUT!!!!" gasps Artemis

they spread out and missed the attack..

"YYYAAAAAAAAAAAHHH..!!!!" link slashes with his sword...

"[ROARING]" the serpent backs off...then it spits acid out from its fangs!!

"LOOK OUT!!!! DON'T TOUCH THESE ACIDS!!! THERE'S DEADLY POISON INSIDE!!" shouts Artemis

"[GASPS]" linoa gasps..some of the acid is landing towards her..!!

"LINOA!!!!" gasps link...

...

"...!!" linoa isn't hurt...

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHH..!!!" link blocked the shot..!!

the acid burns his back (a little)...but not very seriously. but it hurts VERY BAD and the poison quickly entered link's wound..!!

"LINK..!!" gasps Artemis

"..." link shuts his eyes real tight..trying to get over the pain..

then he stare at linoa..and struggle to smile, "you okay...?"

"link.." cries linoa...

"[HISSES]" the serpent hisses..and ready to attack again..!!

link struggles to get up...but couldn't..

"[GROWLING]" Fenrir attacks..!!

the serpent avoid Fenrir when it saw link couldn't move..and it's weakening by the poison..

then it attacks..!!

"FIRE WHIRL"

....

a huge whirl of fire and lava blast into its enemy..!!!!!

the serpent screams in pain...the fire burning its skin deeper and deeper..!!

then it dies..

"?" Artemis turn around..

it was Rex, "fire can burn through anything..and destroy it completely. even its enemy.."

"..." Artemis stare at him...very worried and curious...

then she freaks out, "OH SHIT!!! LINK..!!!" and went to see him...

".." link lays on the ground..very weak, "i'm so tired.."

"what's going on?" whisper Artemis, "his..temperature!! it's dropping fast..!!"

"..." linoa lowers her head, "he's dying.."

"WHAT??? BUT..BUT THERE IS A CURE FOR IT, RIGHT???"

"no..even if there is, there's no time..the poison have taken effect. it's too late.." whisper linoa

"[whining]" Fenrir licks Link's hand..

"..." linoa gets up..and watches Artemis and Fenrir caring for Link...who is going to die any minute..

"why did you do that...?" whisper linoa.., "why do you have to do such dumb thing?" then she closes her eyes...

then a star appears..and flies into link's hands...

it glows with a blue light..

link could feel the warmth of the rebirth of life...and love from Linoa..

link is getting better..!! , "huh?"

"HIS TEMPERATURE IS..RISING BACK TO NORMAL!!!" smiles Artemis, "THE STAR OF LOVE CURED HIM..!!!"

"linoa.." whisper link, "the Star of Love...? so you really believed me?"

"..." she lowers her head, "no, it's because you risked your life for me first..and maybe that's why the star appears.."

then she saw Nikeah's port..and stopped the boat, "you can leave now.."

"linoa..!! I KNOW THERE'S GOTTA BE ANOTHER REASON WHY THE STAR APPEARS!!! NOT BECAUSE OF HOW I SAVED YOU!!!! YOU KNOW I'M INNOCENT!!!" shouts link, "WHY WON'T YOU LISTEN TO ME????? WHY ARE YOU HIDING AND RUNNING AWAY FROM ME..??? [SOBBING] DO YOU KNOW THIS IS VERY PAINFUL FOR ME?"

".." linoa closes her eyes...deep down in her heart, she really believed him. and she wanted him back as much as he does...but she denies her heart, "please..i say it again...LEAVE.."

"..." link sighs, "FINE. i guess i was wrong...i thought we were really in..[sighs] forget it." then he walks away into Nikeah, very angry..

Artemis sighs, "why are you doing this, linoa? if you hate him, you would've called the guards by now, and execute him..."

then she joins link..

Fenrir ignores her..

"..." Rex faces linoa, "i hope you know what you're doing.." then he walks away..

linoa wanted to call link back...

but stopped, and kneels down, "I'M SO SORRY, LINK..."

at night...link and his friends stayed in Nikeah..

everyone's asleep...

she saw a teenager near the port, playing a purple ocarina..

it's Link. he's not aware of Xlia...

then she sighs, "they will be awakened one day...and if Tartan is out of the way...maybe...just MAYBE, they could FINALLY BE TOGETHER AGAIN.."

"well..the serpent's poison didn't work.." whisper the monster

"HOW COULD HE LIVE THROUGH ALL MY PLANS!!!! THE MONSTER IN THE TEMPLE, THE JAIL, THE MONSTERS, THE SERPENT..."

"uhmm...and the tsunami that you created?"
