Author's note: This is after Countdown to destruction, but Tyrant Ranger is made out of morphing grid energy, and therefore wasn't washed away by the golden wave of energy produced by Zordon's death that destroyed all evil.

Power Rangers: Virtuosity
by: Lucas Harrell

Danny Kain - The Prophet Ranger, as well as Justin's cousin and look alike. He has the Scythe of Prophecy as his main weapon, as well as the ProphecyMegaZord. Hands leadership over to Tommy. The ProphecyMegaZord carries the VirtuaZords into battle, and joins the battles as well.

When the universe comes under the threat of the Tyrant Ranger once more, Danny finds himself in need of a team of Rangers to help him.

In search of a different power source for the new team, Danny happens upon the now ex-headquarters of the VR Troopers close to the nearby town of Crossworld City. It had long since been abandoned, since there wasn't a need for it after Grimlord was destroyed after all.

There, he finds the Troopers old virtualizers. He reverse engineers them, making the powers advanced enough to fight the Tyrant Ranger, while making copies of them along the way.

He remakes them into virtuamorphers and gives them to a large group of ex-Rangers. Thus, the Power Rangers: Virtuosity is born.

During a trip to Power Mountain, Danny finds the place that Zordon and Alpha made all of the zords still in one piece. He then uses the facilities to make new vehicles for the Rangers, the all new VirtuaZords. Human shaped, they mostly use their hands to take down enemies. However, they also have a blaster apiece.

Backing Danny up is a large group of ex-Rangers. Every one of them, except for the Space Rangers, in fact.

Tommy Oliver - The White Virtuosity Ranger and the leader. He has the Saber of Virtuosity as his weapon, as well as the White VirtuaZord.

Kimberly Oliver/Hart - The Pink Virtuosity Ranger, and the second in command. She has the Bow of Virtuosity at her command, as well as the Pink VirtuaZord. On a personal note, her and Tommy will be married early into the series, hence the split name.

Billy Cranston - The Blue Virtuosity Ranger. He has the Trident of Virtuosity at his command, as well as the Blue VirtuaZord.

Trini Kwan - The Yellow Virtuosity Ranger. She has the Twin Daggers of Virtuosity at her command, as well as the Yellow VirtuaZord.

Jason Scott Lee - The Gold Virtuosity Ranger. He has the Staff of Virtuosity at his command, as well as the Gold VirtuaZord.

Rocky DeSantos - The Red Virtuosity Ranger. He has the Sword of Virtuosity at his command, as well as the Red VirtuaZord.

Kat Hillard - The Maroon Virtuosity Ranger. She has the razor edged Shield of Virtuosity at her command, as well as the Maroon VirtuaZord.

Adam Park - The Black Virtuosity Ranger. He has the Cannon of Virtuosity at his command, as well as the Black VirtuaZord.

Tanya Sloane - The Amber Virtuosity Ranger. She has the Nunchuks of Virtuosity at her command, as well as the Amber VirtuaZord.

Zack Taylor - The Silver Virtuosity Ranger. He has the Lance of Virtuosity at his command, as well as the Silver VirtuaZord.

Aisha Campbell - The Orange Virtuosity Ranger. She has the Ax of Virtuosity at her command, as well as the Orange VirtuaZord.

Justin Steward - The Purple Virtuosity Ranger. He has the Boomerang of Virtuosity at his command, as well the Purple VirtuaZord.

Ryan Marshak - The Green Virtuosity Ranger. He has the Sickle of Virtuosity at his command, as well as the Green VirtuaZord.

Along with their individual weapons of Virtuosity, the Rangers also have virtuablasters. When neither works, all of their weapons and virtuablasters come together, to form the Virtual Enforcer, a powerful megablaster.

Special note: All of the Rangers on the roster have been Rangers of all different sorts in different points in their lives, whether on the show or in fanfics.

When the individual VirtuaZords can't take down a monster, they come together, to form the MegaVirtuaZord. It uses the Virtual Saber to destroy enemies. When even that doesn't work, the VirtuaMegaZord combines with the ProphecyMegaZord, to form the UltraVirtuaProphecyMegaZord.

The Rangers work in secrecy. Whenever they're in battle, the computer at the VRCC puts a field up that scrambles video equipment. Danny's powers also allow him to wipe the memories of anybody that sees them fighting their nemesis. Well, almost everybody.

And now, for the villain.

The Tyrant Ranger - Little to nothing is known about this creep, except that it's pure morphin' energy that has a consciousness of it's own and inhabits a suit of very technologically advanced suit of Ranger armor. When it's able to tap into a power source that is like the Virtuosity Rangers, it uses it's energies to make virtuasoldiers and virtuamonsters, that try to destroy the Rangers.

And now, for the main locations the series, along with an old face.

The Youth Center - The Rangers bought a two story building and converted the first floor into a recreated Youth Center. It has separate, though connecting, rooms, for karate, gymnastics, and dance classes, as well as a place for a Juice Bar and Grill. It always seems to be in a constant state of change, with the Rangers always adding new stuff. In fact, the Rangers are planning on an outdoor Juice Bar and Grill when they get enough money to make it.

Ernie - The original owner of the Juice Bar comes back, to run the new one. He long since figured out who they were, back in the days of the first team in fact. When he tells them, the Rangers agree that they can trust him with their secret, and don't wipe his memory. Grateful, Ernie covers for them, when they have to leave suddenly for battles.

The second floor of the building is Tommy and Kim's pretty spacious apartment. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms (for guests or when Tommy and Kim decide to have a family of their own), a dining room/living room mix, a kitchen, and even has a small patio in back, for when Tommy and Kim want to just lie under the stars. Whenever the Rangers teleport to and from the building, they use one of the guest rooms to do so.

The V.R.C.C. - The new headquarters for the Rangers. The initials stand for the Virtuosity Rangers Control Cavern. It used to be the Phantom Rangers hideout, and runs all underneath Angel Grove. Its computers keep a constant eye on the Tyrant Ranger. It also has a second set of tunnels below Power Mountain, which hold the zord construction and holding bays.
