Double Trouble
by: Emily

On an island, way out on the Pacific Ocean, live a group of people. These people may look very normal, but if you look twice, you'd realize that they are a little bit different. They were a race of people not from this planet. Thousands of years ago, they had come to get away from the evil that had started to take over the universe. Their leaders had been friends with a young man named Zordon, who had given them two coins. These coins were to be given to the first twins from that line. In 1977, the first set of twins were born. These twins, unknown to them, would become the first to use the coins for the side of good.

It has been two months since the two power rangers had died. The funeral had been beautiful and everyone had come to pay their respects. All the rangers are just getting back to their "normal" lives, and finally getting the memories of that day out of their heads. They didn't forget their friends, no, they just tried to forget how they had met their deaths. In the Juice Bar, the rangers are getting back to their normal activities.

"I can't believe it's only been two months since they died. It seems like it's been forever," Trini said sadly. Kim nodded, as she watched Tommy and Jason sparred half-heartedly. Ever since the accident, nothing could ever be the same. "It seems like a part of me is missing. I mean, I knew Zack for years, even before we became rangers. I just can't believe that he is gone!" Suddenly, a raving lunatic came running into the room. Kim and Trini rolled their eyes.

"Looks like Meghan as some interesting gossip again," Meghan came running over to them, all out of breath.

"Omigod, did you hear the news?" she asked, just about bursting. Kim and Trini shook their heads. "How could you not! It was, like, all over the radio!! The group N Sync, the actual group is making a surprise stop in Angel Grove!" She screamed as she stared jumping up and down. "And the best part is, I have tickets to their concert!!" Trini and Kim looked at her in shock, partly because N Sync was coming and partly because they thought she was crazy. Before Meghan could finish, she noticed some of her other friends coming in. "Talk to you guys later!" She ran over to her friends, leaving Kim and Trini watching her in shock.

"Well, that was..interesting," Trini exclaimed. Kim nodded in agreement before looking at her in excitement.

"But, do you think it's true? Do you think that 'N Sync is actually coming?" Trini nodded her head.

"I hope so, that would be SOOOO awesome!" Before she could get another word out, their communicators chimed. They looked over at Tommy and Jason, who had just finished sparring. Leaving the money to pay for their food, they walked out of the Youth Center, into the back lot. After making sure no one was around them, they disappeared in streaks of light.

In an empty two-story house, across town.

"I can't believe you bought this heap!" The one with long, straight blonde hair said as she opened the door. She wrinkled her nose as she started walking through. The one with blonde curly-cues in her hair looked at her in amazement.

"Mom and dad FINALLY let us off of the island and the first thing that you do is complain! What is it with you, Lee." She shook her head as they walked through the rooms. As Lee walked into one of the rooms, she gasped in awe. The room was very spaces, and had a balcony through the French doors. She ran over and opened the closed, and smiled as she saw it was a walk-in.

"This is my room, Nat. I claim it as mine!" Nat looked at her in amazement.

"What are you talking about! I was going to have this room. I'm the one that bought this stupid apartment. I should first claim on the rooms." Lee rolled her eyes.

"I was to busy to go looking for a house. Have you SEEN the guys around here?" Nat sighed.

"No, for some odd reason, I was to busy looking for a place to LIVE. Should I have been looking for guys instead.'' Lee looked at her in astonishment.

"Of course! you only live once! Why waste looking for something so unimportant!"

"Well, if it's so unimportant, then I guess I can have this room. Thanks!"

"I think not! I happen to know that right across from that balcony lives a guy is sooooo sexy!" Nat threw her arms up in defeat.

"Fine! I'll just take the room with the bathroom!" She left the room, while Lee looked at her in astonishment.

"Hey! I could use that room more than you!" Nat turned around.

"Sorry, you wanted this one. I guess I'll have to get stuck with the other one!" Before she made it out of the room, Lee ran over to her.

"Fine, Miss High and Mighty, if you must know what I was doing while YOU were looking for a house, I'll tell you. I was enrolling us in school!" Nat stopped in her tracks.

"School? Why do I need to go to school. You know that we learned everything we needed to know back on the island! I mean, what is the point of school?" She glared at her sister, waiting for an answer.

"Well, I know we learned everything we needed to know. But that was on the island. This is California, we should learn to do things the way they do. Besides, after I enrolled I stopped to look at a yearbook. Do you know how many eligible guys there are at Angel Grove University?" Nat sighed as she left the room.

"What is it with Lee and guys!" Nat muttered as she went up the stairs to her room. And she had thought Lee was bad, with guys, on the island.

At the Power Chamber

As the rangers teleported in, they all turned to Dimitria in confusion. Tommy walked over to the tube she was in.

"What's wrong, Dimitria? Is Shadow attacking?" Dimitria shook her head.

"No, rangers. I'm afraid that I have grave news. Phaedos is being attacked by Evil. They want to take the Great Power, and use it for evil purposes. I need a few of you to go and help Dulcea with her fight against them. I need four people to go." The rangers looked at each other in shock. The team was falling apart, one by one. First, Aisha and Zack get killed, Buffy is kidnapped, and now four more were going to leave. What was this coming to?

"I'll go, Dimitria." Billy volunteered. Trini looked at him and smiled.

"Where ever Billy goes, I'll go." They looked at the others. Adam and Tanya looked at each other and smiled, walking over to them.

"We're in." Adam said. "The Ninjetti powers were an incredible force, and it would be awful if it were to fall into the hands of evil." Dimitria smiled at the four.

"Thank you, rangers. Even though it might be hard, you will be gone for quite a while." The rangers walked over to each other and one by one, hugged goodbye.

"Take care of yourself, Trini. I don't want you to get hurt!" Kim whispered as she hugged her best friend. The rangers took their turns saying goodbye. After a couple minutes, Dimitria interrupted them.

"I'm afraid that you must go now, rangers. The planet is in dire need or assistance." The rangers said their final good-byes. Dimitria smiled as the rangers looked up at her.

"Good luck rangers. May the power protect you." The rangers smiled at the familiar quote used by their former mentor. Billy, Trini, Adam, and Tanya disappeared in streaks of light. The rangers watched as their friends disappeared, praying that nothing would happen to them.

"Dimitria, is the planet in a lot of trouble?" Tommy asked. The smile left her face as she looked at them seriously.

"Yes, the planet is in a lot of trouble. The rangers need to be their to help them out."

Late that Night, at around 11:30, at the Juice Bar.

"Why do we have to come here again?" asked an exhausperated Nat. Lee rolled her eyes and pulled her into the Juice Bar.

"Do you know how many hot guys hang out here? I mean, you have your choice of them!" Lee exclaimed. Nat sighed and sat at a table. "Come on, Nat. Where is your sense of adventure!?" Nat glared at her.

"I think I left on the island." Realizing she was getting nowhere, Lee sat down at the table and looked around the nearly isolated place.

"I can't believe it! I mean, I come here to check out hot guys, and there is no one here. I told you we should have come earlier!"

"Well, most people are sleeping now, which by the way we should be doing to, since we have SCHOOL tomorrow!" Lee rolled her eyes.

"Who cares a little late. I mean, we don't even have our schedules yet." She sighed again. "I wish someone would come. Preferably a hot guy." Suddenly, five guys walked into the Juice Bar. Lee watched as they walked over to the bar.

"Speaking of hot guys, look at those ones over there!" Nat groaned as her sister stood up.

"Great, who are you going to stalk this time!"

"I have never stalked anyone in my life! What are you talking about. Scratch that. You can stay here in at the table. I'm going to talk to them!" As Lee stood up, Nat threw her hands up in the air.

"Be my guest," Lee started walking over to the guys.

"What do you guys want to drink?'' the shop owner asked to the five guys. They looked at each other. The tallest one with blond curly hair started.

"Um, I'll have a blueberry shake," The other guys rolled their eyes. "What? Did I say wrong?" The one with black and white dreads ordered for the rest of them.

"Yeah, the rest of us want a strawberry smoothie, a glass of water, pineapple smoothie, and a sundae." The shop owner, Ernie, went over to make their drinks. The blond one turned to the rest of them.

"So, why did we stop here Chris?" he asked. Chris looked at him.

"Joey wanted to visit a couple of friends that live here, Justin." Justin nodded. He looked up and noticed a girl walking towards them. He looked at the others.

"Great, here comes ANOTHER fan!" The others sighed in annoyance. They had stopped here to get away from the fans, but it didn't work. Here was another one.

"Should we give her an autograph, or talk for a couple minutes?" Chris asked. The others shrugged.

"I vote autograph. I want to eat my sundae!" Joey exclaimed. JC looked at them all in amazement.

"We should be nicer. I know that we are sick of it, but we should do something." The others sighed and nodded. Lee walked over to them, having no clue who they are. As she walked closer, she thought that she recognized two of them. She couldn't place their faces, but she knew that she knew them.

"Haven't I seen you around somewhere?" she asked them. Joey and JC rolled their eyes over her obvious come on line. Justin looked at her.

"Well, um, if you pay attention to the music industry, then you might know us." Chris and Lance hid their smiles as they saw the confusion on her face.

"You guys write classical music?" she asked in shock. They looked at each other as if she was crazy.

"Okay, so not an obsessed fan," Justin said. Just then, a group of girls ran into the Youth Center. The guys looked at each other and scrambled under the table. Lee realized that they were trying to hide. She sat at the table and called to her sister.

"Nat, come here! I found a good table to sit at!" Nat looked at her with a tired expression and walked over to the table. She sat down, almost kicking Justin in the head.

"What do you want?" she asked. "I am very tired and I have to go to SCHOOL tomorrow, even though I probably already graduated from it!" Before Lee could answer, the girls came over to the table.

"Omigod, is 'N Sync here?! Omigod, where are they!" Lee looked at her sister, realizing what was coming.

"Does it look like they're here? We are the only ones here, even though we SHOULD be getting home and getting ready for our first day of college!!! But no, we're here, at 11:30 at night, because SHE wanted to check out the guys!!!" The obsessed fans looked at each other. Thinking the girl was nuts they left, quickly. Lee looked at her in amazement.

"Omigod, you just saved them!" Lee exclaimed. Nat glared at her, and crossed her legs. This time, she did hit Justin in the head.

"Ouch!" he exclaimed. Nat jumped. She looked over at Lee in shock.

"Lee, there are people under the table!" Lee nodded and scooted out of the booth so they could get out. She looked down at Nat.

"I know, that's why I called you," The guys crawled out from under the table as Nat looked at them in amazement. She looked up at Lee and glared at her.

"Just WHAT is going on here?" she asked as she looked at the guys suspiciously. Lee rolled her eyes as she let the guys back into the booth. Nat scooted over to the end of the booth so the guys could get in. Nat quickly sat down in between Justin and Chris as they sat down. Lee sighed as she rolled her eyes.

"Well, I came over and, ahem, started to TALK to them, and all of a sudden, those five girls walked in. The guys jumped under the table, and I called you over because they seemed to be avoiding them." Nat nodded her head, and them sighed as she looked at her watch.

"Great. It's 11:45, and we have to get up early tomorrow." Lee rolled her eyes at her sister's worry.

"Do you think about anything other than sleep?" Lee asked in annoyance. Nat glared at her.

"Yes, I do. I think about getting up late and then getting to school late. I think about making a good first impression, which we will never do if I never get to sleep!" Nat glared at Lee in annoyance, as Lee gave the guys an apologetic smile.

"Sorry, 'bout that guys," she said in a stage whisper. "When she doesn't get enough sleep, she gets a little cranky." As Nat opened her mouth to respond, Justin beat her to it.

"If you don't mind, we really have to get going. The only way that I can think of repaying you for, ahem, helping us, is to show you why everyone has been chasing us. C'mon guys." Lee stood up and let the guys out of the booth. She sat back down as the two girls watched the guys line up. Chris looked at everyone.

"Are you guys ready?" he asked. The others answered him with a chorus of "Yes."

You're all I ever wanted
You're all I ever needed, yeah
So tell me what you do now
'Cause I, I, I, I, I,
I want you back

It's hard to say I'm sorry
It's hard to make the things I did undone
A lesson I've learned too well, for sure-ohh
So don't hang up the phone how
I'm trying hard to figure out just-a-what to do
I'm going crazy without you-ooh

You're all I ever wanted
You're all I ever needed, yeah
So tell me what to do now
When I want you back

As the guys finished the song, Lee looked at them in amazement, finally realizing where she knew Chris from. Justin looked at her.

"So, what did you two think?" He asked. Lee ignored him and walked over to Chris, looking at him in shock.

"Chris? Is that you?" Chris looked at her in confusion. He nodded his head and raised his eyebrow.

"Yeah, I'm Chris. Do I know you from anywhere?" he asked. Lee smiled as she looked at him in amazement.

"Chris, don't you remember me? Natalie? From the island?" The confusion left his face as he recognized. His mouth dropped as he looked at how much she had grown.

"Natalie? What are you doing here?" She laughed and jumped into his arms. As the two hugged, the rest of the guys looked at them in confusion, then looked at each other in shock. Nat looked at Chris and Lee, not recognizing Chris at all. Finally, Chris and Lee let go and looked at each other. She looked at him in surprise.

"What are you doing here?" they both asked at the same time. They smiled as Lee explained first.

"Well, both Nat and I just moved off the island about a week ago. Nana and Granddad decided that the time was right for us to venture out on our own. I still can't figure out WHY they finally let us leave, but I'm not complaining! Now, tell me why you're here. And why are so many girls following you?" Chris smiled at sat done, motioning for everyone to sit down with him.

"Well, after I left the island, 10 years ago I think, I went to high school and then college to get a degree. I went to Orlando, and one by one I met each of the guys. Except Justin. You remember him from the island, right?" Lee turned to Justin, this time smiling at his shock.

"Lee? Nat? That IS you!" he exclaimed as he looked at them. He had left the island when he was ten, three years after Chris had, so he didn't remember the girls as well as Chris did. Nat looked at both of the guys in amazement, finally realizing that she had known them on the island.

"This is incredible! I never thought I would be able to see you guys again!" Lee exclaimed as she looked at Justin and Chris. Realizing that they other guys were still there, she turned to Chris.

"So, are you going to introduce me to your friends, or will I have to guess all of there names?" she asked with a twinkle in her eye. Chris raised his eyebrow and smiled.

"Go ahead and try to guess them. I dare you." She smiled at him and then looked at his friends.

"I never could turn down a dare. Let me see, you're.....Joey," she said pointing to the guy in the Superman hat. "And you're...JC," pointing to the dark-haired one. "And you are......um......Lance?" she asked, with a question on her face. He smiled and nodded, and she sighed in relief.

"I've still got it!" she announced, causing Chris, Justin, and Nat to shake there heads and laugh. Justin looked at the clock and quickly stood up.

"I hate to break this up, but we really have got to go! It's 12:00 and we have to do a concert tomorrow.'' Nat looked at the clock and gasped.

"Oh, no! We're not going to get any sleep tonight, and we have to get up early tomorrow!" She grabbed Lee's arm and started to pull her out of the Youth Center.

"Hey, wait a sec." Justin called. The girls stopped in their tracks, mainly because Lee pulled her arm away from her sister. He jogged over to them and placed 8 tickets into Lee's hand. "There are for our concert tomorrow. You can bring a couple of your friends with you. Hope we see you tomorrow!" Lee tried to tell him that they didn't know anyone yet, but decided against it when she saw the looks her sister was giving her.

"See y'all tomorrow!" she called as they walked out the back door of the Youth Center. Lee turned to her sister.

"See? Wasn't it a good idea to come here? Who would have thought that we would see Justin and Chris again?" Nat sighed and walked out the door.

"Let's just get home and try to get some sleep."

"Well, well, well. What have we here? It looks like two unprotected females are trying to make their way through town." Shadow announced to the others in the room. He turned to Divatox, Astronoma, Zedd, and his new warrior. "What do you think? Should we kidnap them and hold them for ransom?" As Divatox and Zedd nodded their heads, Astronoma and the warrior shook them.

"What would be the point of that, Shadow? The rangers don't even know the girls. Why would they try to save them?" Astronoma asked, still adjusting to the Earth rangers. Zedd looked at her in annoyance.

"The rangers will save anyone who needs it, even if they don't know them!" Zedd snarled as he started to pace around the room. "That's why I have them so much! They never give up!" Shadow looked at the purple haired girl.

"Astronoma, we want to get rid of these rangers as soon as possible. From my experience with them, they are do-gooders. They never want anything to happen to anyone, even if they don't know them." The warrior rolled her eyes.

"You don't get it, do you. As soon as you send someone or something, the rangers will be summoned and get rid of whatever we send. We won't be able to kidnap the girls. They only time to get them is when both the girls and the rangers are surrounded by people. That way, they can't morph." Shadow nodded at the warrior's statement. He looked at her and smiled.

"You're learning very quickly, Buffy. You're right. I heard there is going to be a concert, and I expect the rangers are going to be there. If you send down a monster to get them at the concert, there is no way that they could morph in front of all the people, not to mention the many video cameras that are going to be there." Shadow walked over to Zedd. "Zedd, come up with a monster for me, I have things to do." Shadow walked out of the room, but stopped at the entrance. He turned around and looked at Buffy.

"Oh, and Buffy. Why don't you go down to the training area. If you ARE going to be fighting all of the rangers, you will need more practice." She nodded her head and walked down the back stairs. Shadow watched as she left, and waited until she was out of hearing range. "With her on our side, we have a MUCH better chance of winning."

"I am sooo happy that this day is almost over!" Lee exclaimed as she and Nat walked into the Juice Bar. "I mean, in all of my classes, I haven't had one good looking guy in my class all day!" Nat looked at her and smiled.

"With your standards, that can be really surprising!" Lee glared at her as Nat smiled mockingly.

"And what is THAT suppose to mean?" Lee demanded. Nat's only response was a laugh as she sat down at a table. Lee sat down across from her, looking around the Youth Center.

"Too young, too short, Ugh, too ugly, too MUCH, wow. Now HE has potential!" Nat turned around to look at what her sister was staring at. Actually, WHO her sister was staring at. He was pretty tall, with long dark brown hair. He was dressed in a baggy green tank top and black shorts. Lee watched as he taught a class. "Tell me he is not gorgeous!" Nat looked at her and sighed.

"Okay. He's not gorgeous." Lee looked at her in amazement. "Besides, he's probably already taken. If someone is that good looking and doesn't have a girlfriend, I would have to say that there is a problem." Lee looked at her in amazement.

"I can't believe it! You are actually paying attention to GUYS!?" Nat looked at her and smiled.

"Of course! I just don't flash it around as much as you do." Before Lee could answer, two girls walked into the Juice Bar. One was a tall bond, and the other was a shorter girl with brown hair. Nat and Lee watched as the two girls walked over to the brown-hair guy. The brown hair girl stood by as he ended the class. As soon as the students were dismissed, he ran over and kissed her. Lee sighed.

"Darn, he is taken. Oh, well. I guess I have to look for someone else. Ooo, what about him?" A guy with dark brown hair had walked in and Lee watched as he walked over to the tall blond and hugged her. "Man, what is up with this! All of the guys are taken!"

"Maybe it's because you are looking at all the guys that look good on the outside." Lee rolled her eyes and stood up. "Hey, where are you going?"

"I'm going to talk to them. Maybe try to make some friends." She walked over to the table to try to make friends with them.

"Good job, Tommy!" called Kim as she and Kat watched both Tommy and Rocky spar against each other. Since the team was back to only five people, they had been practicing harder than usual. Kim and Kat had been running in the park, and had come into the Juice Bar to take a break. Kat turned to Kim, still out of breath.

"I can't believe how out of shape I feel! I mean, I know I worked out as a ranger, but never this hard!" she exclaimed. "How did you stay in shape that well?" Kim looked at her and smiled, just a little bit winded.

"Well, on Venusian Island, I had to train everyday in case we were attacked by something. Add that to my already "super natural" abilities and I think it would be amazing if I tired out in only a couple hours." They turned back to the guys, not noticing the girl walking up to them. Lee smiled as she walked over.

"Hi!" she announced. Kim and Kat turned towards her and smiled.

"Hi, are you new around here?" Kat asked. Lee nodded. Kim motioned for her to sit down, and Lee accepted gratefully.

"Thanks," she sighed. "I could not BELIEVE now hectic my first day of college was!" Kim and Kat looked at her with surprised looks.

"Are you going to Angel Grove University?" Kat asked. Lee nodded in response.

"Yeah. So is my sister. We just moved here about a week ago, and we really don't know our way around town yet. Do you guys know were the beach is? I read about it in a guide, but I haven't been able to look for it yet." Kim smiled as she stood up.

"Yeah, we know where it is. We go there all the time! We would show you it, but we really have to go. Do you mind?" Lee shook her head and smiled as Kat stood up.

"So, I'll see you later?" Kat asked. Lee nodded her head and smiled.

"Sure! Oh, before you go, I was wondering if you guys have tickets to the *N Sync concert." Kim and Kat both shook their head and sighed.

"No, but I wish I did. By the time I went to get them, they were all sold out!" Kat exclaimed. "I know a lot of people are going, but no one has an extra ticket. Kim nodded her head.

"Same here. I was actually standing in line for them, but they sold out before I had the chance to buy them." Lee smiled and opened her purse. Pulling out 5 of the 7 tickets, she handed them to Kim and Kat. They looked at the tickets in shock.

"Here. You guys can have these tickets, then. My sister and I only need two of them, so if you can find anyone else who wants to go, you can give some to them." Kat smiled as she hugged Lee.

"Oh, thank you, thank you so much! How can we ever repay you?" she asked. Lee smiled.

"I think a great repayment would be if you showed us around town." Kim nodded as they two started to walk away.

"I think we can manage that. Oh, but the way, my name is Kim and this is Kat." As the two left, Lee called out.

"Well, my name's Lee. I'll see you at the concert?" Kim turned around and smiled.

"Oh course! I wouldn't miss this for the world! See ya!" Kim waved to her and they she and Kat left the Youth Center. Lee waved back and walked back over to her sister, who was sitting at the table reading. Lee sat down and smiled. Nat looked up at her and raised her eyebrow.

"Guess what!" Nat sighed and put her book down.

"What?" she asked.

"I found some people that we are going to sit next to at the concert!" Nat looked at her in shock.,

"What?! We were only here for a couple of minutes! How did you make some friends already!'' Lee sighed and rolled her eyes.

"It was quite easy. I went over to talk to them. You should try it sometimes, because surprisingly enough, it really works." Nat stuck her tongue out at Lee while Lee laughed. "Besides, we finally have someone to talk to that doesn't know about the island. What could go wrong?"

"Are they almost done yet?" Divatox asked as she walked over to Astronoma. Astronoma sighed irritably and turned around.

"Does it LOOK like I'm done? I still have more than half to go!" she growled. "Got any more STUPID questions?" Divatox glared at her and walked past her, pushing one of the machines down as she passed. Astronoma screamed as it hit the ground.

"You idiot! Do you know how long it took to make that?!" Divatox shook her head with a bored expression on her face.

"Do I care? All that matters is that I don't have to do it. It's not my fault you aren't worth anything else," Astronoma growled at Divatox and stood up. She stepped menacingly at her, but before she could lung forward, Shadow walked in. Looking around, he asked,

"So you're not done with machines yet, are you Astronoma?'' Astronoma took a deep breathe and counted slowly to ten, in her head. She looked at him politely, mostly out of fear.

"I'm afraid that I'm not done yet. I'm halfway done, and I WOULD be almost finished if Divatox here hadn't come in and started destroying them!" She yelled the last words out, finally losing her cool. Shadow looked at the two of them and shook his head.

"If you two don't stop fighting, I'm going to have to get rid of you. PERMANENTLY." The two looked at him, actual fear showing in her eyes. Shadow looked at the destroyed machine and sighed.

"I guess I have to take matters into my own hands." With a simple flick of his wrist, four dozen more machines appeared. Both of the woman's mouths dropped open in amazement at the incredible power of this man.

Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to join this alliance. Astronoma thought as she gave Shadow a sideways glance. Maybe trying to fake them out wasn't the best idea she had ever had. Divatox turned to Shadow.

"When are we going to attack, Shadow?" She asked. Astronoma looked at her and sighed in annoyance.

"We're going to attack them at the concert, remember? Or was that just to much for you to comprehend." Divatox glared at her and narrowed her eyes.

"Was I talking to you? I don't think so!" Shadow felt his patience with the two begin to come to an end. As he listened to the two bicker, he snapped.

"THAT'S IT!" Shadow yelled. The two stopped in midsentence as they looked at Shadow, frozen in place. "If you two don't stop fighting, you will be COMPLETELY terminated. I will make sure that you never are even heard from again!" Shadow stormed out of the room, as Divatox and Astronoma watched him leave. They looked at each other, the fear evident in their eyes. Astronoma stuck out her hand.

"If we have a truce, we might be able to live through this. What do you say?" Divatox nodded and shook hands with her.

"Remember, this is only during the alliance. Once this is over with, the truce is over and done with. I don't really want to work with you or anyone else on this ship, but I would rather do this than cross Shadow." Divatox hissed as she narrowed her eyes at Astronoma. Astronoma nodded stonily. Divatox glared at her once more and left the room. Astronoma went through another door and into her room. She sat on the bed, thinking over what she was really getting herself into.

I can't believe this! I thought it would be easy to fake my way into the alliance, then once the rangers were gone, to take over completely! What am I going to do? I can't defeat Shadow. I don't know about Zedd and Divatox, but Shadow is a whole other level. What am I going to do?

"I am sooooo excited!" exclaimed Lee as she walked quickly down the aisle. Nat followed her, and shook her head at her sister's excitement. She too was excited, but she didn't show it as much. As usual. She followed her sister to their seats, and saw the some of the people from the Youth Center. Lee smiled and waved to them.

"Hey guys! Glad you could make it." Kim smiled and turned to the guys. "Lee, this is Tommy, Rocky, and Jason." Lee turned to Nat, who was still coming down the aisle. She waved to Nat to tell her to hurry up. As Nat came closer, Lee introduced her.

"Guys, this is Nat. Nat, these are Kim, Kat, Tommy, Rocky, and Jason." Nat smiled and nodded to each of them. She sat down in her seat as the others stood around and started talking.

"This is going to be so awesome! I've never been to a concert before!" Kim exclaimed as she sat down. The other girls smiled as the three guys rolled their eyes. They had been dragged their by Kim and Kat, and didn't really want to be here. Rocky turned to Kat.

"Kat, do you know who the opening act is?'' he asked. She nodded.

"Yeah, I think Brittany Spears is. I"m not sure, though." The guys eyes lit up. Rocky nodded thoughtfully. "Maybe the concert won't be so bad after-all." The girls rolled their eyes.

"It figures the guys would only want to see the opening act." They began talking amongst themselves. Suddenly, the lights began to dim. Everyone took their seats as the loudspeaker came and announced there were only two more minutes until the concert. Lee rolled her eyes as she heard the screams around her.

"What is up with this? Why are they screaming for Chris and Justin? They aren't all that important!" Kim and Kat turned to her in amazement. Kim looked at her in shock.

"They are to important! They are a really good group!" Lee shrugged as she looked over at them.

"I've know Chris and Justin for years. They aren't really that special." Before Kim could say anything, the lights on the stage started to light up. Everyone's attention was focused on the stage. Suddenly, the beats to a familiar song was heard. People walked onto the stage as the words started.

Oh baby baby
Oh baby baby
Oh baby baby
How was I supposed to know
That something wasn't right here

Oh baby baby
I shouldn't have let you go
And now you're out of sight, yeah
Show me
How you want it to be
Tell me, baby
Cause I need to know, oh because

My loneliness is killing me (and I)
I must confess I still believe (still believe)
When I'm not with you I lose my mind
Please give me a sign
Hit me baby on-

As Brittany Spears was about to finish the chorus, she was knocked aside by a familiar looking warrior. Tommy looked at the stage in shock.

"Scorpina!" he whispered under his breathe. The other rangers looked at him, asking him with their eyes what they were going to do. Tommy shrugged as he looked up on the stage. Scorpina looked at the seats, and smiled cruelly as she heard Goldar coming from behind her. The crown gasped as they saw the members of 'N Sync being dragged onstage by monsters.

"People of Angel Grove! If you want this group to be saved, the power rangers have to show themselves!" The people looked around, waiting for the power rangers to show. The rangers looked at each other in horror, realizing they couldn't save them without everyone finding out who they are. Goldar smiled as he raised his sword to Chris' neck. Scorpina looked at him and nodded.

"Looks like the oldest one goes first!" Lee looked up at Chris in horror and without thinking, leapt onto the stage. She looked the monster in the eye.

"Let him go!" she demanded. The monsters turned to her and smiled cruelly.

"It looks like someone really wants to die, huh?" Goldar threw Chris onto the ground and lunged at Lee, swinging his sword as he came down. She leapt out of the way, and kicked him in the small of his back when he landed. He fell to the ground, his sword whipping away from him. He stood up and growled at her, for he had not expected her to actually fight. "You dare to fight me? You, a lowly human? You will pay for this!" Lee looked at Nat in fright. Nat looked around and shrugged her shoulders, not sure of what to do. Lee sighed and turned to the audience.

"I command all of you without the power to freeze in place. You will not remember any of this happening, for the truth would only hurt you. Let it be!" Her eyes flashed purple as a strange mist swept through the place. One by one, the people began to fall back onto their seats, sleep over taking most of them. The two monsters looked at her in shock, and then at each other. Lee watched as the last person fell asleep. She turned to the monsters. "What do you think of me now?" The monsters lunged at her, but were pushed aside by three beings in ranger suits.

"What do you think you are doing?" the one in silver asked. The monsters looked at the three in confusion, then back down in the audience where the other rangers were looking up in shock. Goldar narrowed his eyes.

"Who are you? You are not the rangers!" The three looked at the monsters.

"We are the rangers and we are here to save these people from the evil that they do not know about." The monsters looked at each other, then looked up as if someone was calling them. Suddenly, about two dozen putties appeared around them. Nat and Lee looked at each other and jumped next to the rangers.

"Get out of here, you freaks! Just because we aren't rangers doesn't mean that we don't have powers!" Chris and Justin walked over to where the ranger, Nat, and Lee were standing.

"Yeah, get off our planet!" Justin called. Scorpina glared at all of them, and nodded at Goldar.

"ATTACK!!" she screamed. The putties ran at the thee non-rangers, while Scorpina and Goldar ran at the rangers. Nat and Lee looked at each other and nodded. As the putties ran at them, they each took a few of them. Justin and Chris, on the other hand, were able to fend for themselves. Tommy and Jason looked at each other.

"It's time. It's morphin time! Ultimate Dragon!"

"Ultimate Unicorn!"

"Ultimate Rhino!"

"Ultimate Shark!"

"The Crane!" Fully morphed, the rangers ran over to help the other out. They were to late, though. By the time they cam over, the putties had almost been completely destroyed, and Goldar and Scorpina weren't faring well. Goldar looked at the rangers and growled.

"Next time rangers, you won't fare as well!" Goldar and Scorpina disappeared, as did the rest of the putties. The rangers looked at each other. Tommy looked at the rangers and took off his helmet. The rest followed suit and looked at the three mysterious rangers.

"Who are you?" he asked. The red rangers turned towards him.

"You will find out soon enough. For now, we have to be going." Everyone watched in shock as the three disappeared. Lee, Nat, and the guys of 'N Sync walked over. Lee looked at them in disbelief.

"YOU guys are the power rangers?" she asked. Tommy nodded and looked at all of them.

"Yes, but you can't tell anyone about us. If you did, we could be destroyed by out own people." They nodded as Lee and Nat turned to 'N Sync. Chris smiled and shook his head.

"We never could have a normal date, could we?" Lee smiled and shook her head. Looking out at the audience, she raised her eyebrow.

"Think we should bring them out of the sleep?" she asked. The others laughed as they looked at her in amazement.

"Where did you learn that, Lee?" she asked. Lee looked at her and sighed.

"Well, when you were so busy going to school, I took lessons on how to be a witch from Madame Woe." Nat looked at her and covered her mouth.

"You were never supposed to even go NEAR her? How did you actually take LESSONS from her?" Lee smiled.

"That's my little secret. Now, what do you say that we get this concert back to what it is suppose to be like, huh?" The others nodded. She turned to the sleeping crowd. "It is time for you to wake. When I tell you to, you will obey!" She turned to her friends. "You have exactly 1 minute to get back to where you have to be." They all nodded. As Rocky passed the side of the stage, he noticed Brittany was still laying there.

"Um, guys? She's not awake yet." They all turned to him. JC answered.

"Why don't you take her backstage, and we'll get the concert going again." Rocky nodded, and picking her up, carried her backstage. The members of 'N Sync got into the places onstage, and the lights around them dimmed. The rangers, Nat, and Lee ran back to their seats, right as they heard the crowd stirring. They looked around and saw people standing up, not remembering anything that had happened. As they beats to the song started, so did the screaming. Lee smiled as she heard the song they had sang to her the other day.

Maybe Angel Grove will be more exciting than I thought!
